My ac had recently gone out. With the help of the knowledgeable employees I was able to get it quickly and accurately diagnosed and a new unit put in for an great price and the servicemen were very polite and professional
I called and TJ came out to my home quick and I had cold air blowing through my home in no time! He was very friendly and answered all the questions that I had I will definitely use in the future.
Came out to my fathers house and found the extremely simple problem, fixed it, gave advice & didn't even charge us. Great honest guy
We reached out to Renaud when our AC stopped cooling the day of our inspection. What terrible timing! TJ was so understanding of the situation and came to service the unit as quickly as he could (which was even earlier than we thought it would be)! He had it fixed in less than 15 minutes and was on his way. This was our first time using them and we will continue to do so- fantastic service!!! Highly suggest!
I called in the Saturday morning of a holiday weekend when our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. He said "I'll be there in 20 minutes." He was able to get our A/C working in under 30 minutes. The price was reasonable considering it was an emergency repair. Would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could.
Tjs crew did a great job, they came out, put in my unit and had everything cleaned up and running in a timely manner. Definitely recommend these guys for any HVAC work
I would recommend Renaud Brothers Heating & Cooling to anyone! I came home after being gone for a week to my air conditioning not working and called to see if they were accepting emergency appointments and they were. TJ was at my house within an hour and a half of me calling and fixed the issue quickly. Very grateful for the prompt service and even signed up for their preventive maintenance program. My dad actually recommended TJ & Renaud Brothers Heating & Cooling to me after they came out for a second option for his AC unit. He was originally quoted $800-900 to fix whatever his issue was and when Renaud Brothers came out they said there was no issue to be fixed. Can't beat quality service like that!
TJ personally came out on a Saturday and got AC unit up and running on hottest day of year so far! He was so kind and responsive he even checked on us after he left.

Nov 2020 The Renaud Brothers came to my rescue once when I had some furnace/thermostat issues. I then have asked them to keep my AC/Heating maintained. They have been absolutely wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend them!! Oct 2021 TJ just rolled into my home and check out my heating and cooling system. He gave me a clean bill of health 🙂 I also wanted to mention how personable he is. Love being able to chat and talk about life with my tech.👍 June 2022 TJ responded to my message via their website blog. He was quick as usual. My unit was pretty dirty so he showed me a quick and easy trick to keep it clean between maintenance visits which should help my bill. Renaud Brothers are AWESOME!! June 2023 Once again...GREAT SERVICE!! It also came with some good tips on how I can do little things to keep the health of my A/C system in tip top shape.
Excellent experience! Tom and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of our home. We had decades of buildup in our air ducts and the air in here began to smell fresher as they were cleaned. We will definitely have them back. Highly recommend!

When I first called for service TJ Renaud picked up the phone right away. That’s right, the owner fielded the call! He was able to set up an appointment and showed up promptly. Once on site he was professional and got right to the problem. He didn’t waste any time and was able to troubleshoot the problem right away based on his experience! He made some friendly suggestions on how I could save money on parts and future maintenance. He ensured the AC was blowing cold and then he concluded with a solid handshake. He will get my business again!!!

I recently used Renaud brothers for a refrigerant top off on my AC unit, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of their service. From start to finish, their team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. The technician who performed the top off was punctual, friendly, and highly skilled. They worked efficiently to complete the job quickly, and they took great care to ensure that my AC unit was working properly before leaving.
Prior to contacting Renaud Brothers, we received a shocking estimate from someone else. TJ arrived at our house with short notice to provide a second opinion. TJ assured us of what needed to be repaired and ended up saving us a lot of money. Renaud Bros has earned a loyal customer, and we are thankful to now have a professional we can trust!
AC went out, TJ came the next morning but stated they were booked through the following week but when I stated we had family coming in from OOT he rearranged and sent an installer over the next day and came in person to start the process. After talking over future living changes we agreed on the system he recommended. Came home late in the evening after an event and house was so comfortable. Thank you TJ and your guys! Job well done. Would recommend Renaud to anyone needing their services. Great company.
