The owner, Russ, was helpful, kind, informative, and prompt when I had an emergency issue over the holiday. The installation was smooth and easy. And the gentleman that did the installation was helpful, honest, and polite. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with an HVAC issue.

My home has never been this comfortable! Russ is truly a pleasure to work with! His team was courteous and kind. There was not one piece of trash lying around after the work was finished... AND... they got done 2 hours ahead of schedule! Russ, and his partner, gave me a walk through of the things to maintain and to learn the equipment. They answered all of my questions and were kind through the whole process! I am looking forward to many years of a great relationship with Hoock's Heating and Air! 5 stars! All day long! I normally don’t write reviews, but this company is definitely a company I will continue to support. I submitted a request in the AM online, got super timely response AND same day service. The technician explained everything every step, was professional, and kind. Definitely recommend!
After reading reviews and seeing Hoock's had a 5 star rating, I decided to give them a call. I made the appointment and luckily they were able to send someone out within a few hours! Albert was my technician and he was amazing. I'm an extremely curious person so he took the time to show me how everything works, how and why they test things, and future problems to look for. He was polite, kind, and very informative. In addition to my service, I paid for a yearly plan to have things checked out, maintained, and cleaned twice a year (which my 16 year old house desperately needs). The overall price I paid today was reasonable and did not break the bank. Now I'm going to kick back and enjoy my nice, cool house. 😎 Thanks Albert!

My AC went out last night. I called early this morning and was able to get Aaron to come out. He had the problem figured out and fixed within minutes. Very friendly and informative.
