AAA sent Mike S to service our AC system yesterday. We have had AAA for a few years now and are very satisfied with the conscientious and professional care we have received twice a year. Their r service technicians have not only been courteous, but they have been thorough and professional. There are no high pressure sales attempts, no sloppy workmanship. If and when we do need repairs, we will have no hesitation in calling upon AAA.
We have used AAA going on 15 years and would never consider using anyone else. Always professional, job is always done right.
Mike did our annual air conditioner inspection and service. He was on time, friendly, and professional. We have had AAA install an AC, service our HVAC systems for two homes, and do various plumbing and appliance repairs over the past few years. We are happy with their service.
Austin was my guy to figure out what was going on with my air conditioning not working. It actually was my blower motor in the furnace which Austin tracked down. He was thorough and explained everything he had done. Unfortunately, because of the type of furnace I have, the part had to be ordered. He said it may be 2 days before the part would arrive, but it only took one. Austin came back to install it and he, again, explained all that was going to be done and approximately how long. When finished, he explained again what he did and told me to keep an eye on it to overnight to make sure it continued to operate properly. It was perfect! Thank you Austin and AAA should definitely be proud of how you conduct yourself with your customers. Also, you're definitely a keeper and deserve a bonus. PS: I signed up for AAA'S service package which is very reasonable and will keep my furnace and a/c healthy with 2 checkups every year!
Mike did an excellent job, he spent a considerable amount of time cleaning my very dirty AC unit inside and out, I thought I had a bad thermostat, but Mike determined the real problem and took care of it for me. The Membership I've had in this house and previous home for well over 12 years has saved me WAY more money than the cost, with the free AC checkup and cleaning in spring and the free heating system cleaning and checkup in fall, discount on parts and labor and ½ price on the service call it is something I'd recommend to anyone, homeowners and renters!!
