My first experience with McGuire Heating and Cooling after my longtime AC man retired. They were a referral from a friend, and I'm very, very pleased with the results. Extremely professional from first phone call all the way to the summation report of my tech. This is an older house I recently purchased and the systems needed a thorough inspection and I needed an education of the different controls. 5 stars.
First time using this company and they are awesome! Called with an AC problem and they provided same day service, showed up on time and were great to work with. The technician was friendly, clean and hard working. Based on this experience, we will use them as our HVAC service and share this positive experience. Thank you McGuire Heating and Cooling!
We had a pleasant experience with Henry and his team. they did a thorough evaluation (almost a day's worth) which yes was costly but instead of a small fix resulted in an entire replacement of our unit which was a second day. their testing was extremely thorough and I highly recommend them. We are waiting on a small last piece of the fix (drain pan replacement order which I believe Carlos will follow up with us on) but overall his entire team and all helped fix all our units!
I have been using this company for approximately 6 years or so. They installed my original HVAC unit and have maintained it since. The young men that have come to service the unit have all been exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. Finally, an HVAC company who is all the way around spot on in service and whom you can trust. Keep the good work up, McGuire Heating and Cooling!
Mark responded very quickly to my request and was able to come by and solve the problem right away. My AC had started blowing cool air and he helped me get the Nest re-adjusted and working again. I really appreciated him explaining the issue to me so I could better understand my Nest and troubleshoot in the future. Great communication! Would recommend!
Can't say enough good things. Our heat went out late on a Friday afternoon when the temperatures were so low. Their service tech on call was already on a job that was going to take awhile. He was still willing to come at 10:30 pm. Had to change the thermostat. Stay till he was sure the house warmed up.
My water heater hasn't been working so great. So I called Joe. He came out ON-TIME within an hour of my call. He clearly explained to me why it was performing so poorly. He gave me multiple good solutions to choose from. The next day Joe and team came out and put in my new water heater. They are very clean about their work. It's always nice to deal with a professional and reliable contractor.
I'm July 3 2017 out house burned to the ground didn't know what we was going to do and how we would rebuild but thanks to Joe and his crew they came forward and donated a unit and time to install it in the most polite people to work with. With there help we was able to rebuild and move in the week before 4th of July was the best gift ever I would highly recommend everyone I talk to that they are the best thanks again for the help words don't say enough
Heard good things about McGuire Heating and Cooling and thought I’d give them a try for a minor issue with my boiler. Called one day, they came out the next! Mark was on time, very courteous and professional. He fixed the problem for a fraction of what someone else had quoted - and showed me how I could fix a similar problem myself in the future. It was a very positive experience and that’s not something I can say very often after a service person of any sort leaves the house.
I have used a lot of HVAC companies over the years, along with many other contractors and third party services due to major renovations. I can honestly say that McGuire is the most trustworthy person I have ever let into my home to date. He is dependable at all times and really takes the time to walk me through my options. McGuire is a rare find and I highly recommend his services to all my fellow citizens.
During winter, we found ourselves without heat. We called McGuire and received a quick response, thorough diagnostic check and a kind, courteous and professional technician. The repair was done and he even made recommendations outside of the scope of the service call that could enhance the indoor air quality of our home and, hopefully, maximize the life expectancy of the system. I am Team McGuire all the way!
I am looking for bids to have a ductless A/C unit installed in the second story bedrooms of my home. This business wants $199.00 fee paid up front to provide me a bid. I have called 5-6 other businesses in the area and no one is charging a fee to provide estimate on residential A/C installation. I suppose this place already has enough customers they don’t want anymore.
Mark was able to solve a problem with our furnace. He kept us updated throughout the process and answered all of our questions. He was done very quickly and efficiently. He even took his time to clean up after himself and his charges were very fair. I would definitely recommend them.
Mark arrived quickly and finished within the hour! So glad All Star AC offers after hour care! Everything is working good as new. He even did something that should stop the problem from happening again hopefully it works! Overall, great, honest service.Highly recommend McGuire Heating and Cooling.

The technicians from this place were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain about the whole process. They replaced all the needed parts of the unit and the machine is running as new. Recommended!!
