Apollo installed a new unit 2 years ago. The air conditioner has never worked correctly. Apollo continously tried avoiding fixing the problems. I have since hired another contractor. The new contractor found that the unit wasn't programmed correctly. Since the new contractor fixed the programing, our furnace works correctly. We are now thousands of additional dollars into our brand new air conditioner and it still isn't operating correctly. DO NOT HIRE APOLLO UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO SWEAT!!!
Apollo has serviced all of my properties for nearly 10 years and done new system installs as needed. They are always reliable, friendly and professional. Their prices are fair and the technicians always go above and beyond to check everything, educate and save money where they can. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.
Worst day ever - when your AC goes out and it is 97 degrees outside. Fortunately, we called Apollo. Downside was they had to order a new unit, upside was it came in about 3 days later. They were able to install it in short order and were very friendly and respectful. I didn’t want to spend that much money, but that part was not their fault - no one no on the AC unit going kaput. But if yours does, call Apollo - they will take care of you!
Diane and apollo are not reliable and very unprofessional..did not make the appointment , no contact, then tried to make up excuses and then told me to call someone else. Its not their problem was their exact term they used. ...used them at your own risk. all of that and I am a repeat customer.. what do they do to the new ones...
Apollo recently replaced our contactor and combed our AC unit. They were professional, responsive, did great quality work, and were the best value! We will be utilizing Apollo in the future for any of our heating and cooling needs.
The team was professional and left the install space very clean. They were timely and worked with us to meet our needs.

After a very dramatic natural disaster destroyed our home Apollo was there for us %100 of the way. I felt confident with them as a homeowner who was completely in the dark about what to do or where to go. Apollo has helped our family more than I could have ever imagined and I feel our road to recovery was positively impacted by their professional and timely aid!
We were moving into our new house and our thermostat showed our house at 40 degrees. Our furnace had stopped working on the coldest nights of the year and our house was freezing. Apollo came out fixed the furnace and got it running back in no time! They heated us back up! They are wonderful, kind and trustworthy people! We will definitely use them in the future when we replace our HVAC system and for all our heating and cooling needs! Thanks for doing a great job!

Apollo Heating and Cooling replaced a heating and cooling unit for one location and also repaired a commercial heating and cooling system for me in another. In addition I have a rental property and they dropped everything and took care of an AC unit because my tenant has a special needs child. Did an outstanding job on all three projects and communicated very well. Pricing was fair. I would highly recommend them to all and will be using them for my future needs.
I would give zero star if there's such an option. Bad quality equipment and worst warranty!!! They installed a whole new HVAC system late last year and only one year later, the heater's having problem. We called them to send somebody over to take a look. They said it's just past the one-year labor warranty, so will charge $82 for a service call plus charge for any repairs! A brand-new system broke down in just a year and their warranty is just a joke! Don't use them!!!
These guys are the best. From start to finish they were fast, extremely responsive and very professional. I had to replace my entire system and I could not be any happier with the quality of service that they provided. I would recommend them to everyone!
Call this company !! They helped me when my air system died with hot weather quickly. I called KELLY before them and they qouted $10,000.00 for only a new air system. Yes the did. I called Apollo, they replaced my air system and furnace for $7,800.00. That included several rebates to get to this price. Incredible owner and team. They do not take advantage of their customers. Excellent service and costs!!
The team at Apollo couldn't be more helpful, responsive, or friendly. I recommend this business to anyone and everyone. I've used their repair service multiple times before finally biting the bullet and getting an entirely new heating/cooling system. Whether you just need a repair or new units, they will always be prompt, courteous, and patient with questions. I will never call anyone else.
Guy came out talked on phone about fishing only hosed off outside unit lined to us about ductwork company never came back they suck point blank dont trust them
This company is AMAZING. Our air conditioner needed service over July 4th holiday week and they were there that morning to fix!!! Great people running the business!!!
Installed two new furnaces and heat pumps in our house. The systems work great, he gave us a very good price, and the men left no trace of trash or anything else showing they had been here for two days installing the systems. I would definitely use them again, or recommend them to anyone.
