Had Jon Halaska w/Swiss Air out to do a gas inspection for one of my buyer clients and he was great! Showed up early, very professional and explained what was a concern and what was not. Put my clients at ease. Would recommend him again!

I just bought a new house. Sent them the inspection report and they drew up a quote for work from this. They did miss the first appointment because their guys was out sick but this was communicated as early as possible the day off and their next appointment was only two days later with the next day being a holiday. I plan to use them again.
They have always gone above and beyond to make sure their customers get the quality and service they pay for.
Very impressed with Justin’s quick assessment of the problem. It was a quick fix for him and he filled me in on a long time solution. He showed me current problems with pricing solutions and compared them to a better long term solution. He gave us plenty facts and time to discuss pros and cons and mentioned issues we may face in the future with our current 23+ year Carrier system. We feel we made a good decision with information he presented. Justin is super easy to talk with. He should be commended for the way he treats his customer. He is Top Notch in my books. I was very impressed!! Waiting for the install now. Thank you, Justin.
Everything went great from the phone call , to the service they provided at my home. Came out within a few hours. The tech was very knowledgeable and very personable . Was honestly the best service I have ever had with a heating a cooling company and I wouldn’t hesitate to tell anybody to call Swiss! Thanks again !

Rob Massey came out and couldn't fix the issue but he was great explaining the issue and showing me where the problem was in the furnace.

Today, my air conditioning unit went out and I called Swiss Air. They were out within an hour and got A/C up and running in no time. They had parts on their truck to fix it and the technician Lane wad knowledgeable and very polite. 10/10 would recommend Swiss Air
SwissAir replaced our old unit at my office with a new HVAC System. They were quick to get it scheduled & get the new unit installed. Have had a very good experience with them in the past & they have always been attentive to my needs even on short notices which is why I was happy to give them the business on the major project. The crew was very professional.
Swiss Air has been taking care of our HVAC system for 6 years now. Their techs are always friendly and professional. I have always been impressed with the level of their service.
The man who checked our AC was very personable and nice! He checked it quick and went on his way. The only thing is they were an hour late for our appointment.

To make a LONG story short, an employee with Swiss Air did my new home inspection (we will call him “bob”) Bob told me the AC unit was good to go and functioning properly, so I bought the home. Turns out the AC systems was completely trashed and was not working at all (after I purchased the home). Bob came back after I notified them of the issue. Bob tried to charge me $3000 to fix the issue….. Bob ended up installing the wrong parts and did not catch issues the unit was having, witch caused a flood and damaged drywall through my home. I contacted Swiss air and talked with the manager, his name is Levi. Levi and their lead installer literally installed a completely new system in my home for free. The manager Levi and their lead installer kept me updated and did everything in their power to make sure my needs were met. The employee that did my inspection is very incompetent and gets an F-. Levi and the lead installer get an A+. Good job Swiss Air

I recently had 2 complete HVAC system replaced. Everyone at Swiss Air I interacted was friendly and professional, from the operator, scheduler, to sales, to the owner, to the technicians. They offer great value and perform high quality work. I am very happy with my new systems. I highly recommend the company.
I’ve use Swiss Air for over 15 years and Ron, the owner runs and great company, and all his employees are so upbeat and positive just like Ron is! All their technicians have been awesome! Especially Justin who is currently taking care of my heating and air-conditioning systems. He is very knowledgeable and very personable and takes time to explain things to me. I would highly recommend Swiss Air and when you do choose them, ask for Justin! I give him and Swiss Air a five star rating! Nancy Cavazos
