Incredible service provided. We came home to a broken AC today. I did a Google search and came up with Stay Cool. I called and spoke to Carter who asked me several relevant questions and didn't try to hurry me along, even though it was the end of his day. After that, Carter informed me they could get a tech out to me in about an hour. Cole, the technician that arrived did a very thorough check to diagnose what was wrong. Unfortunately, the compressor decided it was done working. Cole explained what likely happened and what my options were related to repairing or replacing the compressor. After a short conversation, I decided that the best option was replacing the entire system. Cole wrote up a list of several options with differing levels of price and performance. He explained the benefits and features of each unit without coming off as a pushy salesman. He presented us with the specs and let us make our decision. After we decided on our new unit, he helped the process along by setting up the financing and making sure we had everything completed to get the ball rolling on the install. Besides how professional Cole was, he was very polite and patiently answered my questions and even played with my son a little bit. It's rare to have that kind of person providing you a service. I can't possibly say enough about how impressed I am with this company. I wouldn't and won't hesitate to use them again, especially since they're a small business owned and operated out of OFallon. We received 10 out of 5 stars service.
Cole and Dillon were on time and got the install professionally done and walked thru with us. Overall very happy with the service. Hope the AC units last for 10-15 years
Jeremy and his team did an amazing job when our commercial HVAC unit gave out on the hottest week of the summer. Got us back up and running in a matter of days- most other contractors quoted us weeks before we could get an install. Super impressed!
We noticed an issue with our unit and had someone out 2 days later to fix it, even around a holiday weekend.
Nothing but good things to say about Stay Cool. Highly recommend! Quick to respond, and quick to get someone to check out my AC. Jacob was the tech who worked on my AC and he was awesome. Got my AC up and running and explained and went over my whole AC unit. 10/10 service!

I highly recommend Stay Cool Climate Control. All employees I dealt with were phenomenal. Starting with Jacob for a maintenance call which I already knew we were going to be needing a new HVAC system. Eric helping us choose our new HVAC system and Nathan, Luke and Dillon installing our new HVAC system. The system itself is very quiet yet produces plenty of cold air. Thank you to all the employees mentioned above for getting us cool and efficient for many years to come.
I had Cole out to my house to service our A/C system. He did a great job taking care of some small repairs and was very honest and friendly. Stay Cool is a great company to do business with an would recommend them to anyone.
Scheduled an AC tuneup call with them and they were on time, professional, and explained everything to us. They did not try to oversell us on anything. We will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.
Highly Recommended! My AC failed and Cole from Stay Cool came out, was able to diagnose a bad blower motor, and then got the parts and installed it all in the same day. Reasonable prices. Will gladly work with this company when it comes time to replace the entire system eventually.
Nathan B and Stay Cool are my summer hero! We had a very small quick time frame due to our schedule to get our AC up and running before 100 degrees hit the area, and he really came through identifying 3 issues that were not identified by our old company who had been out 2x in the last three weeks charging us hundreds only to have system stop running again. Nathan was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and got our house cool! The gentleman who took my call after hours, I believe name was Jeremy, was also very polite and helpful with our schedule situation. We are leaving a company we have used for 8 years to give our business to Stay Cool after such a wonderful experience.
Overall, Stay Cool Climate Control is a great local company. Good employees, prompt service, and competitive prices. The technician, Cole was very approachable, knowledgeable, and thorough when diagnosing my HVAC system. The company was responsive with my call, flexible with working with my schedule while also arriving on time for my appointment. Their prices are also fair. I find only good things to say about Stay Cool Climate Control! Nice to have a reliable local HVAC company that makes one feel like a valued customer. Would definitely recommend and will personally do business again in the future.

Jacob and Lucas were very polite and professional. They do a great job of explaining what they are doing and I appreciate that they took time to cover their shoes and they cleaned the AC unit outside very well. Nice job as always!

From start to finish, we were completely impressed with our install of a Mitsubshi mini-split heat pump system. Nathan, Dillan, and Luke were on time, professional and provided a great overview of how to operate and maintain our new system. . We Highly recommend Stay Cool for your ac and heating needs.
AC went down at the office I work at, they were able to squeeze me into their schedule same day and their technician Cole was like an Air Conditioning Wizard got it up and running fast. 10/10 would recommend.
