Over the last several months, Jaxon Heating & Cooling techs helped resolve a warranty issue that was offered to me through a different AC company. Their help was key to getting this warranty issue resolved in time for the upcoming summer. I am very appreciative of their commitment to help me through this obstacle. Thanks again.
Mark and his crew conducted a detailed air balance evaluation of my HVAC system and determined the cause of my heating and cooling problems. They confirmed my suspicions that the duct work was improper and inadequate. They will return later this year when it is cooler to completely rebuild the system.
