Ryan came to my home to fix my broken AC. He was very professional and kind! I will trust Kirbnjay for future HVAC work (which I know I’ll need in my 20+ year old home).

Our AC had been running pretty much non-stop with little cooling for the last 2 days. This was an 18 year old system that we had performed routine maintenance on but still....18 years is a long time. We figured the compressor was shot. After very through diagnostics our Tech, Ryan, determined that the sole issue was merely a faulty electrical condenser. Having read reviews from many other HVAC service companies, most good but some pretty scary, we were prepared for really bad news but were VERY pleased with such a diagnosis. From the time We contacted Kirb-n-Jays till Ryan showed was less then an hour....not 2 or 3 days like you would expect. Ryan was a very pleasant young man, even the Dog and Cats liked him. We cannot thank Kirb-n-Jays more for such Prompt and Professional service and will be more than happy to recommend their business to our Friends and Neighbors!!!
I have been using their services for a long time, and today they installed a new air conditioner. I highly recommend them as professionals with the best prices. They work quickly and with quality. And most importantly, I can always trust them to give me the best advice and service.

They came out to service/repair the furnace but said it had too many repairs and for its age it would be best to replace it. They had a new one installed within 3 days of me making the call. There was a huge snow storm plus the temperatures we dropping below 0. I was happy they could get it done so fast!!!

It is rare to find a business that not only gets the job done but goes above and beyond to develop a customer-for-life relationship. From the start, the appointment was easily scheduled online and I received real-time updates on the day of service. The team was friendly and professional, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood what the problem was and the cost of fixing it. The only surprise was that they did not stop at completing the repair as described, but continued to make sure my system was configured for optimal performance. To top it off, I did not receive an invoice with a few product/service codes, but one with a full recap of the service provided and a receipt identifying the part replaced, a description of what it does and service notes from the technician. Excellent experience - highly recommend KirbnJays Heating & Cooling!

Our AC unit was very outdated and we were on the fence about repairing vs. replacing. I got lucky and found KirbnJays, they were very helpful and gave us several different options. Not only did they give us options that others said they couldn't do, their quote was quite a bit lower than the others on replacement options. This was a no pressure situation and they were able to get us on the schedule in a more than reasonable time frame. The team was timely, friendly and even made sure to pay special attention to our very nosy pup. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed correctly and that we understood the work that was done. I will definitely be referring others. No one wants to pay for these types of repairs but it's a relief when you find someone you can trust that does good work for a reasonable price. Thanks again KirbnJays!
