Our upstairs AC went out on Friday night. I reached out to Eve Heating Air Conditioning at 7:30am on Saturday morning and they had our AC fixed by 10:00am the same day. In a world where businesses aren’t returning emails or phone calls, Eve Heating Air Conditioning provided some impressive customer service.
Called them up to get one of our A/C units serviced. I asked what they charged for the diagnostics (typically $79-129) and how much they charged per pound of R-410. They kept giving me the run-around and said they let our technicians give that information after they know what's wrong with the system. I explained that it does not look like they are on the honest side of things when they wait until after they are face to face to provide their standard pricing. I told them to have a nice day and called someone else. What else are they trying to hide? It would not surprise me if they are one of those companies that changes a fuse and charges you for a new control board.
I was able to get an appointment quickly and they arrived in the morning and were done quickly. Eve Heating Air Conditioning were very professional, friendly, and courteous. The price seemed fair. They spent time afterwards reviewing the job and discussing my options for future work. Definitely not a sales pitch. They seemed knowledgeable and happy in their work. It was a pleasure meeting them.
We needed to replace the boiler heating system in our older home. After multiple estimates, Eve Heating Air Conditioning had the best value for the price. We were able to upgrade to a high-efficiency unit with a combination tank-less hot water heater. Our technician Mike was knowledgeable and professional. We are happy with our service.
Mike did a great job of explaining the system and the scope of the work, better than any of the other estimates we received. His crew kept us up to date on the progress of the work. They were very competent and efficient. They also did the job with a minimum of interruption as we were home during the work. I would recommend then to anyone. Great job well done.
Our furnace failed on Saturday morning. the temperatures outside were very low. Through a recommendation I contacted Eve Heating Air Conditioning company. They contacted me quickly and sent a repairman out. He was able to get the furnace working in a jiffy. Stanley was very professional, and knowledgeable. I had questions and Stanley was able to explain to me what I needed to know! I highly recommend him for all your HVAC related needs!

I had both our furnace and gas fireplace serviced by Eve Heating Air Conditioning. What a great experience! The technician was very professional in every aspect. He spent a lot of time on both the furnace and fireplace. It had been a long time since we had our fireplace serviced and the tech spent extra time cleaning and making sure it was functioning properly at no extra cost. My elderly mom's furnace went out over the weekend. I called Eve Heating Air Conditioning was able to fit us in today!! They sent me a text so I knew who would be coming to her home, which I really appreciate. The technician was really great to work with, great customer service! He called when he was on his way so I knew exactly when to expect him. Thank you for helping out my Mom!
The technician was able to come a few minutes earlier than scheduled to look at and fix our 20 year old AC unit. What a time to break down. Very professional and very courteous service for a very reasonable price. I already recommended to my friends.

Stanley my tech from Eve Heating Air Conditioning did a great job. Very personable and explained everything that he was doing and he made sure he checked out the whole system and it ended up being just a bad thermostat.
