They were very professional. I spoke to Jeff first to get an appointment he was very polite and very clear in explaining everything. Dan came in to install the heater and he was very polite and very professional in his work. Dan did a fantastic job. On the first day of the appointment I had an issue with my main water shut off valve and they were kind enough to understand that and give me another appointment the same week. I would recommend them for any heating and cooling services.

The tech from Apex Heating & Cooling to do the fall/winter tune up of our ac units and it was wonderful service. Very thorough, simply explained all of the service and gave a heads up on future maintenance needs. His knowledge, friendliness and professionalism was top notch. 5*****!!

From the first contact with the office to the service provided by Daniel at our home, everything was fantastic. Jeff arrived on time and explained that he would do a full diagnostic test of our system. After completing the review, he explained, in detail, our options in regards to repair, service, and and a possible replacement planning session, and left us with the decision on what to do instead of pressuring for an up sell. we will use Apex Heating & Cooling again.

I have used this company for 2 years. I have always received great service. This service check was no exception. Although the service tech assigned was runny late, they sent out another tech to get started until the original tech could arrive. I really like the new email confirmation system. The original tech suppose to come fell ill, so Jeff came, found the problem with my thermostat and exterior fan and replaced both and the system is working great. Thank you Apex Heating & Cooling for your great work and friendliness. I would endorse you to everyone I know for superior service

I am extremely happy with Apex Heating & Cooling. They were very professional over the phone and made sure to call when the technician was on his way. The technician was great! He went over everything we needed to do to get the most out of our a/c unit.

I called 3 different AC service companies at 4:45pm on a Monday when our AC broke down. It's 100 degrees outside and our house is burning up and we were worried about our baby. I called Apex Heating & Cooling, and they got someone out here in 20 minutes. Jeff saved the day, and was very professional and he identified the solution almost immediately. They just got a customer for life.

They keep me on track with maintenance, help me troubleshoot over the phone, staff kind and experienced technicians and have instilled safety protocols regarding the arrival of their techs that make me feel confident about doing business with them.

Apex Heating & Cooling Companies and in particular were extremely responsive and efficient. My new Carrier furnace was not communicating with the air conditioning condenser.They figured out the problem, had to leave to get a special transformer and discovered a wiring error on the furnace in short order.

We 100% recommend Apex Heating & Cooling. Their service was exceptional. Jeff was extremely professional and knowledgeable of our system. He did a full inspection, adjusted dampers/labeled them so we could change them moving forward, and is providing a quote for a repair that is needed. I would definitely call them back for further service.

I definitely recommend Apex Heating & Cooling. I had issues with my furnace shutting off randomly which would lead to me waking up to a freezing house. Jeff came out and determined it was a bad flame sensor which he changed out and the furnace has been running perfectly ever since. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a bunch of good information. Very happy with my experience and I will continue to use them in the future.

Would highly recommend… We’ve used Apex Heating & Cooling for years at our old house and have always had a quick response and remarkable service. They’ve always fixed the problem and I never felt like they were trying to up sell stuff I didn’t need. Looking forward to getting the new ones installed soon!!
