I am an older customer whose air went out today when the heat index was supposed to reach higher than 100. Scott came quickly as my house was already to 78 degrees. He was professional and fixed my air conditioner in good time. I now am comfortable on this very hot day. Thank you Scott.

We called because our A/C unit wasn’t working. I was pleasantly greeted and was well taken care of. The technician came out and followed up the same day. My husband and I are very pleased with their service and care. I highly recommend Hale’s Heating and Cooling because good products and customer service is rare. They deliver both!!!
Scott was great, on time and very professional. Spent the entire day here, with an assistant, replacing AC unit and furnace. Left no mess whatsoever! We’ll always recommend Hales, you won’t be disappointed!
Scott Summers and his installation partner were very courteous and diligent as they spent a full day installing our new Carrier Heat pump/ air conditioner/ furnace and Aprilaire home humidifier along with a WiFi compatible thermostat. The end result of their work was neat, clean, and they didn't leave until the job was done right. Thanks to Hale's we have a system we trust in to last us a decade and more. Zero interest financing was a no brainer, easy to set up and we qualify for a $2000 tax rebate too. Overall we feel good about our decision and think that it will grow on us more once summer heat turns to bitter cold of winter. 2 thumbs up.

Quality Carrier air handler and heat pump with Professional installation. Hale’s team was easy to communicate with start to finish. If you wanted or needed anything they took care of it fast and without any questions. Supervisor’s dropped by to check everything from time to time. I took 10 bids.Their quality products and installation with fair pricing was the best fit for me. I would recommend them highly.
Shannon was very knowledgeable and courteous about explaining the emergency notification we received from our A/C. My service technician from Hale's did a fantastic job inspecting my HVAC. He was professional at all times and shared appropriately what he was doing. The office staff at Hale's was equally professional and friendly. I'm glad to have Hale's as my new hometown HVAC service company! Update 5/26/25: Still very pleased with Hale's. Glad I'm a customer!
Technician was great. Completed service to our in home humidifier in a timely fashion and inspected all parts of our HVAC system. I will be using them in the future for any service and inspections needed.

Haven’t made a decision yet, but very favorable impression. Hale’s is an owner operator who’s a professional, personable HVAC technician. Bill arrived promptly, was very helpful in explaining our system & listened to our needs. The systems are quality name brands & the price quote was much lower than similar companies so far. This is a Northland company who didn’t get stuck in cross town traffic either:) We’re still in the beginning phases of our HVAC decisions, but Hales is at the top of the list👍
