Great company, the owners Jill and Tim have always given professional and prompt service. The tech Bryan came out to repair a motor, he explained the issue, showed up earlier than expected, replaced the part and cleaned up in shorter than expected time. Everything is running smooth. I will continue use their services in the future.
We received our new central air unit today with 1st Priority and we are so pleased. The technicians Bryan and Gyler were on time and very professional. They kept me informed step by step on what to expect and the process. Great Work!!

I saw the commercial of this company last year sometime, and the face of the commercial seemed familiar. It's been years, but I know the owners of this company from a previous church we attended when I was a child. I started having issues with our heating system, and remembered the commercial. I called the office, and immediately, they were able to have someone come and look at our system. Let me tell you, they are very professional, will get right to the problem, and they were ON TIME!!! They explained what we needed to do, and signed us up with a service plan. The plans that they offer are much better than any home warranties for your heating and cooling system. The prices of the service plans are VERY VERY VERY AFFORDABLE! I highly recommend you give them a call even if you dont have any issues currently, but at least sign up for a service plan with them. Trust me, you won't regret it! Thank you so much 1st Priority Heating & Cooling!! You are the best and I will be a spokesperson for your services!!
