I had an emergency where my air conditioner stopped working during a 90+ degree week. I chose Rudroff due to their good reviews. The technician, Jerry, was able to come the next day. He was friendly and very efficient in fixing the issue for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
We have been working with Rudroff for years now; between helping us to limp along an older system until we could afford to replace it, helping us with a lightning strike and giving us options to look after our family's allergies, I can't say enough good things about them. Today, we had another great service call. Always a kind and informative experience that we highly recommend. Five Stars!!!

I have been WOWed 100% by Bill Brehm that serviced my system and fixed a situation of my vent system. I am always pleased by the work done and feel like they really care about each customer. I love working with Ashley and will continue to have them take care of my system.
Curtis called to introduce himself and to let me know he was on the way. He arrived shortly thereafter and got right to work. Very courteous and efficient. I would welcome him back into my home. It relieves my mind to know that Rudroff is on call whenever I need your service! Bill Braham arrived on time and got right to work. He was very courteous and efficient. Although, he did find an issue with the system, he will order a part and return to install. It relieves my mind to know that the furnace will be up and running when the temps drop and that I need the humidity where it should be in my home. Craig Adams called to tell me he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was very courteous and fixed the problem right away and explained exactly how to work the thermostat. I would recommend him and Rudroff Heating and Cooling to anyone. They take care of their customers!
Our heat pump was overheating. Called Rudroff to set up an appt. at 10:O0 am 9 /21/19. Appointment was made for 12:00 to 2:00. Tech arrived at 1:30 and in no time diagnosed the problem. H e gave us our options and no time at all pump was repaired. Jerry did an excellent job. We are very satisfied.

Had Rudroff install two new electric heat pump units at my house to replace old worn out units about 5 years ago. Price was very competitive and install quality was good. I signed up for 10 year service plan which includes spring and fall tune ups at that time and have been pleased with that service. More often than not, the same technician (Bill) comes to do the servicing that did the initial install. His familiarity with our system is helpful and he is always friendly.
As a current employee I must say that I love Rudroff! I love all of the clients and the owner and technicians genuinely care about every single job! I am proud to work here! Call us!
I worked at this company the past couple years, and the quality of work each technician puts into their work is amazing. They care about every customer as if it was their own family. Rudroff will not disappoint in any fashion. I will thoroughly miss working at this company.
Bill was on time and professional. He was honest about what he could provide to address our issue. The communication from the office was excellent about what time to expect Bill and that Bill was on his way.
