Had them out to remove ac condenser for foundation work a few months back. Just had them back out for re-install. Did fantastic work both times and very professional. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need.

I called this summer with a broken AC, while everyone was swamped with calls. Instead of charging hundreds to come out a week later like others gladly offered to do, he explained what was wrong, how to fix it, and had the part ready when I came to pick it up. The part was a little higher priced than what I could've bought elsewhere, but it was money I was happy to pay to an honest man!!!! That part, a screwdriver, and less than 5 minutes worth of work had me up and running. I can't recommend this business enough. If there were 6 stars, he'd get them!!

AC went out. I like to think of myself as a Do-It-Yourself kind of guy but HVAC is beyond me. We called Mark. He was at our house in 30 minutes, our AC was up and running in no time. We highly recommend Mark's Heating & Cooling LLC. Great service, professional, reasonable, and he really knows his stuff. After addressing another issue (capacitor) Mark thought there was something going on with the condenser contactor (relay). I was there, it was Mark's intuition more than anything. It didn't "sound" right to him. Mark pulled the contactor and found that a spider had crawled between the contacts and had been mashed when the contactor energized. This caused the contactor to arc/burn. THIS is why you call a professional like Mark's Heating & Cooling LLC. Knowledge, experience, and intuition.

Retrofit a new HVAC system for my upper half story. Mark gave me the right price and his crew gave me even better quality. Treated my house like their own and kept me up to speed on progress throughout.
Mark made time to come out on the coldest day we had seen in decades because our furnace was not producing heat. It was a quick and easy fix, he was efficient, compassionate, understanding, and didn’t try to sell us on anything else. We will be calling Mark again!
I had some work done by another company and felt that I had been taken advantage of. I had never used Mark’s company before, but had heard good things about them. I called Mark and ask for some advice. He was very considerate and listened to my concerns about the other company. In the meantime I remembered I needed to have my water heater drained and had a price from another company which he said he would match. While he was at my house he inspected the work the other company did on my furnace and verified that I had been overcharged. After I did some research and contacted the other company, they refunded half of the original price. I will never use that company again but will make certain when I need HVAC work done again, I will contact Mark’s. I found him to be very honest, hardworking and genuinely interested in doing a great work. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did, and his integrity. I highly recommend his services.
Best HVAC service we have ever had!!! Mark with Mark's heating & cooling came to service our older AC unit for the central air just a few hours after I called him as it was 84 degrees in the house and the AC unit was running non stop 24/7. After Mark cleaned out the AC unit and charged the system with coolant the house started cooling down. Even after he serviced the AC unit the house never got above 76 degrees in the house on the hottest days leading up to our replacement as we knew we needed to replace the original 25 yr. AC unit & furnace as they were showing signs of failure. He was so quick to reviving life back into the old AC unit I was amazed. We felt comfortable with the service Mark provided and made our decision to have Mark's heating & cooling install our new entire HVAC system. The Mark's heating & cooling team was able to come out 5 days after servicing our old system to install the new AC unit, furnace, new copper condenser line, A coil, humidifier, and thermostat in the same day. We went from a 3.5 ton (AFUE 80%) furnace to a 4 ton (AFUE 96%) which made all the difference in the world as we have a big home with alot of vents and they barley whispered air with the 25yr. 3.5 ton old unit and now that air comes out great with the new 4 ton furnace. We also upgraded from a 25yr. 3 ton (10 SEER) AC unit out side to a new 4 ton (15 SEER) AC unit and our air is twice as cold as it was with the 3 ton old unit. We also added a humidifier to the furnace for the winter time. We are excited to see the energy savings from the new bigger, more powerful, more efficient HVAC system hardware, we went with HEIL. We are ecstatic about the way the installation went perfect without a hitch. Mark's heating & cooling really knows what their doing whether its a normal service call (which we experienced a few hours after our first call) or a entirely new HVAC installation (which we experienced 5 days later). Can't wait to show off our new units to friends and family and
Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable. Out of the many bids we received, he was the only one to come inside and check our ductwork. We needed a return added to cool a room. We would highly recommend Mark to any of our friends and family!
First week of Summer, Hottest day of the year, AC quits blowing cold air. Many other service providers booked for days and weeks. Mark managed to fit me in the same day. Fast, Affordable, Flexible and Knowledgeable.
I called as a brand new customer and had someone here w/in an hour 1/2. Had our heat up and running fast and even installed the thermostat that I had bought. Did not try and sell us something we didn't need. Very honest and all around great company.
