A few months ago my air conditioning stopped working, and a friend of mine recommended using bay mechanical, so I called Brian around 5p.m. and told him what was going on and in less than 30 minutes he was at my door, he did his thing, and my a.c. was working great. I had a thermostat from evergy sitting by on my coffee table and he offered to install it, and make sure everything was working properly. 3 days later I get a phone call just to make sure everything is still working the way it should. By far the best customer service I think I have ever experienced. Thanks again.

Brian came in and istalled our new thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and glad to answer any questions. Pricing was great! Will use for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.
