Honestly this is the only review I have taken the time to do for any contractor we have ever used, The reason why is that Marc and his team are that good. Marc leads by example and maintains a team of honest, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy people. They tell it like it is and do 110% without fail! Please just save yourself the time, heartache and stress and call them for any of your HVAC needs. You couldn’t image a better company to help you out.

My Geothermal Heat pump needed service and after checking around I gave Mark a call. He came right out and serviced my system. Mark knows what he is doing and can be trusted. I've been around HVAC service personal all my live. I retired from Carrier and Trane. Controlled Comfort HVAC is my new service company.

Marc is an honest to goodness stand-up guy and I will refer him and his business to anyone in need. He has helped me out with so many projects that I've lost count. His professionalism is stellar and he never tries to talk me into something he doesn't truly stand behind. I know at the end of the day if he recommends something it's in my best interest to go along with his recommendation. I've dealt with so many companies over the years that insist on making a sale for the sake of making a sale even if it's not in my best interest and Marc's attitude is a welcomed change. Keep up the good work!
