Wow! Just wow! I had a serious & dangerous furnace issue on a Saturday. Art responded to my message that morning. He troubleshooted w/ me over the phone & identified my problem. He was there w/in a couple of hours prepared & promptly fixed the issue. The customer service was top notch. This was my first time using Myers & they have my business, both personal & commercial from here on. Thank you, Art. So impressed.

Great hometown biz, use them for my local biz and home. Honesty is a lost trait, and they still have it.
The web Site shows they are open until 5 PM . I called at 4:05 pm on a Thursday and got a recording they were closed. I tried again at 4:45 pm still said they were closed leave a message. I left a message for them and my number . On Friday I called them at 8:30 am to talk to some one about setting up an appointment to get an estimate on replacing my Hvac system. They said the estimator had just stepped out but they would have him call me. He has never returned my call . I guess they do not need the business as replacing a whole Havc system is not cheap.
Always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Myers has maintained our furnace for over 30 years.
We were so impressed with the units AC and furnace Meyers installed 26 years ago at our home. It was still cranking but we decided to update them on our timeline. Rob and his employees are so professional. Here's to the next 26 years
Rob and his crew are very professional and easy to work with. They replaced my old ac unit and furnace with newer models in less than a day! It feels like I am living in a completely different house! You could tell on the initial walk through they were not trying to sell me something I didn't need, and I would recommend them to anyone I know who is having HVAC issues!

My wife reached out to our neighborhood Facebook page looking for a HVAC company. Art reached out to us immediately. He helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He could've came out, charged a service fee and maintenance. As homeowners we know our limits when it comes to home repair but want the opportunity to fix ourselves. Art understood that and was willing to help anyway he could. You have a customer for life with the Marr family and we will continue to recommend Myers Furnace Company to our friends and family!

If you live in the southern metropolitan area I sincerely recommend using these guys if you have any heating and cooling concerns. For the longest time our house could not keep up with the heat. They came out one day to fix our A/C unit. When we called them back cause we were still having issues. They located and fix the issue for free since we had seen them the earlier in the week. The guy was on time, professional and informative. Will use again.

I have used Myers Furnace for about 20 years and keep going back because of John, the technician that services our systems. He is always thorough in his inspections and suggestions of every house we have lived in. He is the epitome of customer service. I recommend them, because of him, to anyone that asks for any HVAC needs in the KC area.
my mother called and has used Meyer Furnace many times in the past. her inside temp was 102 , the tech came promptly, he looked over system and said unit is 27 years old , needs replaced. and left. The following day I called another HVAC company tech came on a saturday, in 30 minutes he had unit running. the unit needed a capacitor for compressor. Meyer will never do work for my mother again. taking advantage of elderly !!

Myers people are friendly, and honest. The only reason this is not a 5 star, is because the problem took a few times to fix. Problem was intermittent tho. They came out twice in one day to make sure it was right. Mr. Myers called me back personally to tell me they were coming back. Good service. Will use them again.
When I called for service, there was a tech in the area and he was here within an hour. He was great and fixed my problem in no time.
