Wow! Just wow! I had a serious & dangerous furnace issue on a Saturday. Art responded to my message that morning. He troubleshooted w/ me over the phone & identified my problem. He was there w/in a couple of hours prepared & promptly fixed the issue. The customer service was top notch. This was my first time using Myers & they have my business, both personal & commercial from here on. Thank you, Art. So impressed.

The web Site shows they are open until 5 PM . I called at 4:05 pm on a Thursday and got a recording they were closed. I tried again at 4:45 pm still said they were closed leave a message. I left a message for them and my number . On Friday I called them at 8:30 am to talk to some one about setting up an appointment to get an estimate on replacing my Hvac system. They said the estimator had just stepped out but they would have him call me. He has never returned my call . I guess they do not need the business as replacing a whole Havc system is not cheap.

He could've came out, charged a service fee and maintenance. As homeowners we know our limits when it comes to home repair but want the opportunity to fix ourselves. If you live in the southern metropolitan area I sincerely recommend using these guys if you have any heating and cooling concerns. For the longest time our house could not keep up with the heat. They came out one day to fix our A/C unit. When we called them back cause we were still having issues. They located and fix the issue for free since we had seen them the earlier in the week. The guy was on time, professional and informative. Will use again.

He is always thorough in his inspections and suggestions of every house we have lived in. He is the epitome of customer service. my mother called and has used Meyer Furnace many times in the past. her inside temp was 102 , the tech came promptly, he looked over system and said unit is 27 years old , needs replaced. and left. The following day I called another HVAC company tech came on a saturday, in 30 minutes he had unit running. the unit needed a capacitor for compressor. Meyer will never do work for my mother again. taking advantage of elderly !!

Myers people are friendly, and honest. The only reason this is not a 5 star, is because the problem took a few times to fix. Problem was intermittent tho. They came out twice in one day to make sure it was right. Mr. Myers called me back personally to tell me they were coming back. Good service. Will use them again.
