Ted and his team are amazing. Gave us the best price for a high efficiency HVAC system, incredible job in the install and even hooked up my WiFi thermostat I couldn’t figure out myself. Cleaned up and gave my wife a great overview of the new system. Can’t recommend them high enough.
Steihl Services is unbelievable! Our AC suddenly went out and they handled the service call promptly and professionally. It turned out we were in need of a new unit and they were very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the best and most efficient unit for our house. Thank you again for such a great experience and we will be recommending you to everyone we know.
I called Stiehl Service this morning and spoke with Ted the owner. I explained I currently didn't have heat, due to my furnace sporadically turning on/off. He told me his technicians were all on other jobs. So he said he would come out in about a hour. Upon taking a look at my furnace, as I watched. It was filthy, I purchased my home 2yrs ago as a single lady. I didn't know I was supposed to change my filters twice a year. The seller I bought my house from, was also I single woman. Due to all the build up that had accumulated. She obviously wasn't changing them either. Ted spent more than a hour just on cleaning all the lent and build up out my furnace. It was awful. It was a dirty job. He took his time and explained things to me. He went above and beyond to clean out my furnace and restore my heat. He was knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend this company. The owner is fair and the price was reasonable. I am now a customer for life.
On the hottest day of the summer, we woke up to an AC problem. I called Stiehl Service Heating and Cooling. The owner of the company Ted Stiehl showed up at my door and quickly made the repair, he also instructed me how to keep my system running at maximum efficiency to minimize future repairs. That's the epitome of great customer service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.
