The team at Controlled Heating and Cooling is superb! Day before Thanksgiving we had found out our furnace was broke. Marty came out and investigated late that evening to find out the issue. We loved he was pet friendly, wore a mask and was down to earth! Great company!!
We called them for furnace repair as we had a unit that would occasionally not turn on. They spent 5 hours on site and when they finished the furnace did not work at all. The tech then demanded payment with no explanation as to what the stat of the furnace was and threatened to call the police when questions were asked. Bunch of con-artists, don't let them in your house.

We have used this company for many years. The entire staff (Including Karen) have always been courteous and professional. I appreciate the good service I have had over the years and can easily recommend them to others.
Pilot light had issues staying lit and furnace would not flame up. It was a holiday weekend, and they quickly responded to my call and came out to diagnose the issue. They quickly figured out what the issue was and replaced the intermittent pilot control module and it has been working ever since.
They have 24 hr service so it was great when I needed them on a weekend . They came out the next day to look at my AC. The ordered the AC and installed it the next day. Very professional office to deal with
They came out the next day and got my furnace running.
Wonderful people. My heat went out and they fixed it the same day. Honest and Dependable. 5 stars in my opinion. Thank You!
DO NOT use this company very unprofessional!!! Had them come out for a AC unit in the ceiling because it was leaking water into the bedroom closet. The service guy got up in attic and put his foot thru drywall celing into closet and then charge me $200 for service call. Then had the nerve to blame me because it was wet!! My thought is drywall is not made to stand on I don't care if its wet or blue or green....the wood studs are made to walk on!! They never offered to pay for damages did finally refund my money after I had to fight with them. I had to have the whole ceiling re dry-walled and then taped and painted. Cost me $500 and never offered me a dime!! DO NOT use this company very unprofessional!!!
