I called them today 2pm ,ac wasn't working correctly,by 325pm they where here and had us up and running very quick! (bad capacitor)btw it was 90 outside 😳. Rob was awesome and explained what he was checking and what and why he was replacing the part he replaced . He also checked all freon levels and showed they where all full . 10/20 would definitely recommend!!!!
Thanks to everybody at Busch! They are knowledgeable and friendly. Work was completed in a day and the guys cleaned up before they left. Will recommend to everyone!
Came out same day, diagnosed the AC issue and installed replacement part. And the technicians are always nice!

My A/C decided to go out on a Friday afternoon around 2pm with outside temperatures in mid 90's. I spent 40 minutes trying to do my own trouble shooting before I decided this was beyond my capabilities. I did some quick research on local companies before I decided to call Busch around 2:55 pm. I was expecting to hear that they would not not be able to get somebody out here (because hey its a Friday afternoon during a heat wave, they're probably swamped right now). Their technician Brandon was out here by 3:45pm and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very impressed with the response time and quick repair especially seeing as this was a Friday afternoon and lets just face it who wants to work late on Friday.
Busch Heating and Cooling have always helped to maintain our heating and cooling systems over the past 28 years. They have always responded as quickly as possible to service our heating and cooling systems. Recently our Air Conditioner went out during the extreme heat. Bill Busch came out and discussed possible systems and Rich Busch and team came out and installed our new system. The team when far beyond what we expected when expertly installing the system. The crew was both courteous and professional. Then Rich took time to thoroughly explain our new system and wireless thermostat and we are back in business now, cool again! We trust Busch Heating and Cooling, they are fair and responsive to all HVAC needs! Thank you Busch Heating and Cooling!
The AC in one of my offices is old and been rigged to work poorly by prior tenants. Three other AC companies came and looked at it and couldn't/wouldn't fix the problem. The last guy said, "I'm too old and fat to mess with this." Chris B came out the same day, on time, fixed the problem on the first visit and it's working better than it has in the eight years I've been in the building. I'll be contacting them to set up a backup generator at my home.
Have used this company for years. Are very reliable and honest.. Every encounter with these employees has been very pleasant. I was very impressed once by one of their employees years ago who told me he quit working at another company because of their dishonesty with seniors. That made quite an impression with me. They did a great job on replacing my furnace and air conditioner and thermostat recently and cleaned up terrifically. Would recommend this company to anyone. In fact just today recommended this company to someone looking for a HVAC company.on Nextdoor.
The Busch team of workers removal of my old AC and Heating system and the installation of the new equipment far exceeded what I had expected. My friend recommended Busch Heating & Cooling when our AC was not working. Are normal repair company was not available for days. Busch Heating & Cooling was very friendly from the start and responsive. The technician was professional and honest about the repair, and reasonable in price. Busch Heating & Cooling is now our new company for all of our services in the future.
Customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with my furnace during the coldest weather of the season. They worked hard to keep my furnace going until a new one could be installed. They are very professional and had to get very creative in installing the new furnace due to a tight space. It could have cost me much more if I would have had to have a wall removed so they moved the hot water heater to have enough room for the new furnace. Rich also took time to educate me on the new thermostat. I am extremely happy with my new system and highly recommend this family owned business. Great people to work with.

We have been using Busch H&C for a number of years now. We have had them repair, replace and install HC units in both our home as well as some rental property we own. The entire group from Barb answering the phones, and remembering who you are, to the repair and install men. What a GREAT company! They were great, even showed up several days before original planned. They removed and replaced two furnaces and AC units and were done in two days. Very clean and professional. Even the county inspector commented on how great the installation was and how it looked.
We've had the same Tech come out for the past few years.. spring and fall services. Professional and trustworthy.
When my attic unit went out, I knew who to call. Rich came out and assessed the situation, Bill followed up with 0% financing. Rich and his crew got my attic HVAC system replaced in less time than expected. They put down tarps and vacuumed and I wouldn't call anyone else for my HVAC needs. I am thrilled that my son's room is "the perfect temperature day and night" Thanks Busch!!!
Put in new A/C and furnace for me in prompt time. My Air stopped working shortly after they put it in and they were prompt with getting it fixed. Put in a booster at no charge because I purchased a system from them. Definitely Recommend if you need A/C or Heating fixed. Quick prompt, and they work with you to make sure you are up and running especially if you need it. Bill helped me out a lot and Rich too! Thanks to them my house is nice and comfortable.
First time using this company and I was very impressed. They call you back when they say they will and show up on time. Rich was awesome, he walked me through everything he was doing and I even learned something. I would highly recommend and I will use again in the future.
