Vic from Airtek is very knowledgeable about all things heating and cooling and I appreciated his responsiveness in solving whats been an ongoing issue for me at one of my properties. He was comprehensive in explaining the challenges, proposed the best solution, and installed a 2 zone mini split...problems solved! I will work with Vic again in the future for my HVAC needs.
They are very responsive and honest. They get the job done and done right. Can't get a better person and company to do the job. I highly recommend 100 percent. If your on the fence about who to use. Go with the best. You definitely wont be disappointed.
AirTek is an exceptional HVAC service company, the tecnical knowledge and professional ethics of this company is unsurpassed in the industry. I have used many HVAC companies over a lifetime and AirTek is at the top of my list.
Vic was exceptional. He was diligent, honest, and he showed up on a Holiday. I feel like there’s no one else to call.
Vic, came highly reccomend from Angie's list and man did he live up to his reputation that were reflected in the reviews. I called four other big chain AC repair companies that were either way to busy to help the small guy like myself out or never returned my called after speaking to a representative. Vic arrived from another job as discussed about 2 hours after our phone conversation. I was without air very minimum time thanks Vic punctually timing and his high skill level in the field. I will be utilizing Vic and the AirTek LLC for all of my AC repairs and I would advice anyone needing repairs to do the same.
Vic Raspa was awesome. If you're lucky you'll 4 or 5 techs like him in your lifetime. Fantastic work ethic, great attitude, knowledgeable and efficient. Replaced entire AC unit. Highly, highly recommended. Thx Vic.
AirTek was fantastic. Came within just a few hours of my call. Immediately fixed the problem with my AC, explained what was going on, what caused it in the first place and how to keep an eye on it in the future. Extremely knowledgeable. Great experience all around.
Vic is wonderful. He replaced our existing AC unit and did a great job! Price was perfect and he did everything he said he would do, plus!!!
Vic was super knowledgeable and so great to work with! He was able to identify a previously misdiagnosed issue with our AC system (we’d been told by more than one company that the whole thing needed to be replaced) and saved us a bunch of money! His experience and ability to communicate made this so easy as well as his willingness to work us into the schedule at a busy time of the year. I will definitely be using him for any HVAC needs we have in the future.

Mr. Vic is awesome! My AC unit outside messed up last night so I got ahold of him this morning and he was out this afternoon and fixed it right up. I literally couldn’t ask for better service! I would recommend him to anyone without a doubt. He does very good work with a fantastic attitude.

Excellence, friendly and fast service. Was very impressed. I called to have refrigerant added to my mini split because it was low and was able to get cool air. Once the appointment was set. Vik from AirTek arrived on time, fixed my issue and now it's working better than when I first installed it. I am getting cooler temps than before. I will use AirTek in the future for any of my HVAC issues and will certainly recommend them any other companies.
Fair and to the point- Vic is the best guy in the business. Asked if he could swing by and arrived same day.
Vic came highly recommended to me, and I’m thrilled with the results. He was absolutely fantastic - both personable and professional. I was not at home while he was doing the work so, without even being asked, he sent me regular text updates along with photos of the work. As I do not understand the process, he explained step by step prior to the day of work what he would be doing and why. It is clear that he is a savant in his field, and I know the job was executed well. Furthermore, I have a sense of peace knowing that he will be maintaining my my HVAC units going forward. Preventable maintenance is important. I already have him on the schedule for my spring and fall service. I wholeheartedly recommend him and am grateful for his excellent service and personal kindness.
