Very good service and nice employees
It’s mind blowing that this place is ran by such a rude and incompetent manager! Over heard how he speaks to his staff; horrible attitude and didn’t even have the parts me and my husband needed for our home.
The 2 young folks at the counter are awesome! They have taken care of me on multiple occasions. This is the best supply house in central Mississippi!
Horrible customer service and cocky attitudes. Fine place for supplies as long as you don't have to return defective product. Then you're s.o.l. There are plenty of plumbing supply houses in Pearl. I would recommend trying someplace else.
Man.... this place is awesome, my capacitor is burn and when I got there this is place already close but he still help me, I really appreciate his kindness otherwise my family will stay in the hotel tonight. Thanks for your kindness. If google have 10 star rate I will give 10. If you need any plumbing part or Hvac just go there, you will get what you need. And if they don’t have it they will refer you to the right place. Again thanks for open the store for me at your closed time.
The best supplier in the Jackson MS area. They carry Rheem and Mitsubishi products in the HVAC side. Their staff is quick to serve and competent.

Wonderful experience at Hughes Supply Showroom. Mary Nell worked with us and helped us select what we wanted for our bathroom remodel. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and not to mention patient with us! She went the extra mile to help and make sure we left satisfied with our choices. There was a mixup with our tub but thankfully it was quickly corrected and they made up with it with a home delivery and hand written note a few days later to thank us for our business and apologize again. It's not every day you get this kind of service nowadays and some places are lacking in customer service, it's good to find a place where everyone is friendly and goes the extra mile ! Thanks Mary Nell & co, I'll highly recommend this place to anyone!
