Great service and excellent customer service
Very polite and professional! Called in the evening they were there the next morning. Went above and beyond and were very reasonably priced. Recommend them any day!
You want to talk about professionalism, courteous, and quick, Tedo is the man! I had a couple other companies come out and diagnose my AC units, Tedo was the only one that didn’t try to sell me a new unit. He said there was nothing wrong with it other than the coil. Honest businessman!
We needed him on short notice and he responded quickly.

Our AC went out while we were on vacation over a holiday weekend. I called Tedo and he was able work us in his schedule on the next business day. Tedo was able to diagnose the issue and get our system working again all while we were away on vacation. Our parents have used Tedo in the past and we'll continue to use him for our HVAC service going forward. I greatly appreciate his service.
We called in the afternoon for our AC that quit blowing cold, and he couldn’t make it to us that day, but he came out early the next morning and got it working quickly. Seems like a fair price for the repairs, plus he gave a one year warranty on the part he replaced and explained the problems/fixes to us. Nice guy!
Wow. Highly recommend. We thought our system was a goner for sure, (2005) but he spotted a that a wrong size part had been put on it previously and put the right one on. He added coolant and said let’s get it to the fall and then we will check on it again. So impressed.
I called Mr. Tedo on a Thursday evening and explained my issue. Did a little research and gave him my professional youtube research opinion. He immediately thought he knew the problem and came out the next morning at 7:15am. He had me up and running back to normal before 8am. Very reasonable cost, responds to texts,very friendly. All around a great experience.

This is the most wonderful man and company. We have used him a few times with our old system and he always showed up and made things work. This new system he installed today inside and out by far exceeds our expectations. My house feels wonderful and everything was done so professionally. If you ever need someone for your AC needs Tedo is your man 1000% he and his crew showed up bright and early and never stopped till everything was done. This is an excellent company! Tedo is truly HONEST and KNOWLEDGEABLE, something I found three other companies completely void of! Do not waste your money with the larger companies in Rankin Co! That mistake cost me over $1000 (between three other so called “techs”) and one even convinced my wife our six year system, still under warranty, was full of mold and needed a complete system replacement - FOR $7200!!! I can assure you that you will be happy with Tedo Woods and his team! Tedo identified and fixed my problem (caused by other “techs”(power to the controller had been disconnected)) in less than 15 minutes. Again, Tedo will be the last Heat and Air company you will ever use, or recommend!!!
We purchased a new air conditioner for our home from Tedo. It is rare to run across a business that offers the highest quality PRODUCT and the most professional SERVICE, all at the lowest PRICE, but that's what we found in Tedo and his team. Thankfully we heard about Tedo from a friend. I hope this review can return the favor to someone else needing to replace an air conditioner.
I was so appreciative of Mr. Woods for fitting me into his busy schedule for an emergency repair. He fixed our unit and had great customer service. Truly thankful for his services and coming to our rescue during this unbearable Mississippi Heat!
