When I called Jones Refrigeration, Inc. the ladies in the office were very nice & courteous. The technician they sent out thoroughly looked at my A/C & told me it had gone out. I was able to order a new one and within days they had it and were able to install it with no problem. This is a very fair & honest family owned company I trust. Not only do I recommend them, but I will use them in the future if the need arises. Thank you!!

Very professional when dealing with Technicians. I've never had a problem with any employee at Jones Refrigeration that wasn't handled in a timely manner.
