We have worked with Millennium Heating & Cooling for some years now, they have installed numerous aircon and ventilation systems for us in our clinics. We would not hesitate to use them again. Not only was the installation carried out very well, if we ever get an problems they are always happy to help. They service our machines yearly and I would highly recommend them.
Received reminder post card and immediately called to schedule furnace tune-up - I have a maintenance agreement. The appointment was scheduled right away. Peter called to let me know he was on the way and also received text with his picture and information. The tune-up was handled in detail followed up with an emailed report. Given my limited knowledge
We had issues with our HVAC and Anderson was thorough, punctual, and professional. Easy, contactless payment and detailed invoices for my records. I look forward to continuing our business relationship and highly recommend to those in the area!
My furnace stopped working and a cold front was coming! I called them and the technician arrived one hour later. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it. He also gave me good tips for the future care of the furnace. The pricing was also very fair! My family is looking forward to the cold weather. Thank you, highly recommend!!
I contacted Millennium based on the great reviews I saw online. I scheduled an appointment for sometime between 8-10a. When no one had contacted me by 10, I called and asked if I could get an update. They said to call back in 30 minutes if I hadn’t heard anything. It’s 11 and I call back after not hearing anything. The person who answered said they’d contact the manager who would then reach out to me. Then it’s 1pm. Haven’t heard anything from the manager. We cancelled because they just couldn’t communicate well. I get that things come up and can get hectic, but please communicate what’s happening. Don’t just leave your customers in the dark. Honestly, I’m really disappointed in this business. My time is valuable to me.

The installer arrived on time; was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He meticulously checked and explained everything, provided options and estimates, and answered all my questions. Jose was professional, personable, and helpful in my experience with him. There were some issues that arose during the repair but he took full responsibility for the repair and ensured that we were satisfied with the end product. I would absolutely recommend Millennium Heating & Cooling in the future!
We have used this company several times and their services are never disappointing. Our rental property AC needed replacement and after one quick phone call with Jose an installation appointment was booked. Prices are competitive and service was reliable. Keep up the great work!
Great experience with Millennium Heating & Cooling. Guy in dispatch was very accommodating as I had to reschedule the first appointment. Our technician arrived at the house on time as promised and was polite, professional, and courteous. We are very happy with their service and would happily recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

To have someone come to your house and treat it as if it was their own is rare now days but it is very much appreciated! His attention to detail is what creates customers for life. Simply amazing!!
Had both the air conditioner and furnace replaced in the attic. The crew that came out to both remove and replace the units were very experienced and a personable crew. The communication on what they were doing and why were they were doing it were valuable. I would highly recommend this company. The follow up from the office was noted and adds to this experience. Use them!
Quick response to request for estimate, and to repair cooling from our heat pump. About 2 hours after my initial request was made on a Saturday morning, our unit was cooling again. Jose was the technician assigned to our request, and he was very courteous, efficient, and professional. We're very pleased with his service, and highly recommend Millennium Heating & Cooling.
I am very satisfied with their service.They are amazing and very friendly. I am a new homeowner and I dint have any info regarding HVAC systems but these guys took their time to explain how it works and made sure we understood everything. They were clean and skilled.They also cleaned my vents and now they are like brand new. I will definitely use Millennium Heating & Cooling again.
I am so grateful for the quick response to our furnace issue. Millennium was very easy to get a hold of, and they were able to send a tech out much sooner than any other company was willing to. The office staff was very helpful and extremely nice .The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and personable! He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it, getting our furnace back online without a problem.I must not forget the person with whom I spoke on the phone. I would like to thank her for her patience and tolerance with me during our communication-great customer service!!
