Service Today came out to our house for an issue with two rooms that suddenly lost power. The electrician was here for a long time and I was charged for his time here but the issue was not fixed when he left. I contacted Service Today and asked for my money back since the problem they were supposed to have fixed did not happen and they did so.
6 months to plumb a bathroom. Not done yet. Today the plumber came at 11:30 and left at 1:30 , said he had a family emergency. He wasn’t sure if he would be back tomorrow. This man has lied to me about calling me and being unable to reach me. My phone indicates there were no missed calls. I want them out of my house as soon as possible.

Great people to work with they came by and look at the water heater that was no turning on instead of them charging me for the trip they informed me that my water heater had insurance and to call them I have don’t that in it took 3 days it was worth the way since to fix it it was about the same price to get a new one

Very knowledgeable and professional crew. Had someone at my house within a couple hours of my AC going down, and after being presented with several options we went with the one that fit my budget. Install crew did a wonderful job and got my AC up and running promptly!

I recently purchased an a 1922 Apartment Building in St.Paul with 4 units. As is with old buildings…. There are old issues and plumbing is at the top of this list. Service Today has come out several times to support on backed up drains, replacement of old pipes/faucets and moving some others to correct locations. They’ve been thorough, on time, and extremely good communicators through the process. I signed up for their membership package and the value is already been received. Great company and service!
AVOID THIS COMPANY. Have not had a good experience. Technician came out, I explained our scenario and asked for the lowest end quote possible. The lowest quote for a replacement water heater was $6,000, with two others for $9,000 and $12,000, including repairing our kitchen faucet which I did not ask for. I was charged a diagnostic fee of $280, which I didn't know about. And at the end of the diagnostic, the answer was "Replace Water Heater". We knew it needed replacing already, and wanted a quote for a replacement unit!! I since got 2 other quotes for $2,000 and $2,250, no diagnostic needed. CALL OTHER PLUMBERS OR COMPANIES, THEY WON'T CHARGE A CALL OUT FEE. I since have called the company 3 times to seek a refund. I felt it fair to pay the $75 fee for the tech reps time, but I have now spent as much time as he did following up after this (whilst missing work to meet the rep in the first place). I hope this review helps resolve the matter and a manager will call me back to issue the refund. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, TIME AND HEADACHE, USE OTHER COMPANIES.
Great guys. Called ahead. On time. Gave me a couple of price quotes. Still deciding if I want the work done. Would definitely use these guys.
Plumber refused to give me a estimate. He sounded like he didn't want to do the job. I will never hire this company. They canceled 2 times to give me a quote for the electric and plumbing. I will never recommend this company to anyone
Service today came over to give me a quote on a water heater. Their quote was $750 more than what another company charged me for a larger, more efficient model.
ServiceToday came out for a free hearing/air tuneup in May 2023. In the process, the technician “smelled gas” in the basement (I didn’t smell any) and called a plumber to inspect the gas piping. Within a few hours, I was told I had 10 different leaks in a small section of black iron piping, and that it would cost up to $13K to replace. I called CerterPoint energy to confirm this since they are neutral in the repair game. CenterPoint found NO LEAKS, and asked for the name of ServiceToday to report them-unfortunately, this has been happening a lot.

Nate Anderson did such a great job with our electrical wireing estimate - very professional, on time, incredibly thorough and got us a great deal, including a military discount. I can't wait to start using our hot tub!
