Called Binder to have my AC checked out. Their technician, Chuck, was on time and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough with his work and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend Binder to anyone for their Heating and Cooling needs!
Binder is AMAZING!!!!!! They were so quick to get us in when our AC went out on the hottest week! The installation techs were SO respectful, kind and would explain what they were doing. Can’t thank Binder enough! Also, Stephanie was amazing to work with!! So so grateful for this company!
Very very impressed with Binder heating and AC. We have been battling without air conditioning for three years after a different company did an install improperly causing us flooding in our attic resulting in 20k of water damage. Not to mention leaving us with a headache that no other company would touch. If you have a high velocity unit in your attic which many company's do not work on they will work on them! They were extremely professional and very well priced compared to many other companies. Would highly recommended them and their whole team! Jason, Eric, Adam, and Ashley were all extremely helpful and knowledgable. I don't have enough good things to say about them and the work they did.
After getting some shoddy work and an exorbitant bid from one of the big names, Binder was recommended to us. We could be happier with the honest advice and reasonable approach we’ve had when Eric has been out to work on our ancient A/C unit. When the time comes to replace, we will absolutely use them, and their quote was thousands less then the big name too.
We have used them for everything since we moved to our current home in 2013 as they had installed all the HVAC equipment in the house. They have been wonderful and prompt to work with. We have had to use the on call service a few times over the years and they again have been wonderful to work with. I appreciate them so much.
Binder Heating and Air Conditioning recently installed a new Furnace and AC unit in my home, and I couldn't be happier. The team was professional, prompt, and well-prepared. The installation technicians were skilled, efficient, and left no mess behind. They provided clear instructions and the new system is performing flawlessly. We've been using Binder for annual maintenance for 4-5 years now. All their techs are solid technically, good expertise and communicative. Chuck has been out the last few times and really does great work. Goes the extra mile to make our HVAC investment last. Our ancient A/C unit is chugging along fine with a new capacitor (preventative maintenance) and tested great. Earlier, our newer furnace (not from Binder) also had some parts issues that were caught during annual maintenance (leaks, rust) which got us some key parts under warranty that would have had issues within a few years. We're not generally big proponents of annual maintenance-type contracts, but it's paying off for our HVAC stuff!
Chuck and Kyle made my experience with Binder heating absolutely amazing! I’m a first time homeowner who’s heating went out and I found their information on my furnace. Chuck and Kyle went above and beyond when they came out to repair my furnace! They were kind, Knowledgeable, respectful of my home, did their best to keep my repairs as affordable as possible, contacted trusted experts for second opinions, and didn’t leave until I had heat again! They even offered alternative solutions to keep me warm if they couldn’t get my heat working. I’m so grateful that I had such an amazing experience with Binder Heating and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I was so happy with the installation of our new furnace! The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I was especially impressed with Adam. I hadn't realized how bad our old furnace was until Adam started the new one. There are no cold spots ! And it's quiet!
Chuck and Matt were great. They are very safety aware and helped me to understand safety hazards of dryers and furnaces. I was very happy with their work.
A member of my family is a contractor which focuses on higher end remodels. I asked him whom I can use that will provide excellent service for replacing our HVAC system, he recommended Binder. Had them come out last winter / spring for a quote on a Heat Pump system for our home. They came in a decent price with the equipment that I wanted. The install took place a few weeks later. They had to come out a couple times to finish up and clean up a few lingering issues, but were straight forward and made it right in the end. The system doesn't do everything we were promised, but what it lacks isn't going to affect us. Also had to follow up on them supplying the information for rebates as well as leveling the compressor and replacing a shield they damaged on it. Requested another quote this fall for adding onto the system, took a couple weeks to get the quote, which came in much higher than expected. Appears to be a supply issue. Requested some changes to the quote to see if we can drop the price a bit, no reply after a week. So holding off for now, but overall, happy with our experiences with Binder, even if I had to follow up with them more than I like.
I had them service the heating system of the house I just bought to make sure it was ready for winter. He fixed everything that needed to be done now and made sure I was aware of upcoming needed maintenance along with quotes. The technician even went out of his way to make sure I had everything necessary to keep my heater running appropriately. Highly recommend.
I had an entirely new ductless A/C system installed with Binder. From beginning to end the experience was easy and managed well. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with along with the entire crew. I have nothing to say but well done!!! Would definitely recommend Binder for any heating and air help :) Keep up the good work you guys.

I’m usually the person reading reviews but never writing one, but I’m so impressed with the service we’ve recently received, that I decided I had to review Binder Heating & Air Conditioning. Chuck, our technician, assessed our AC units problems & gave us good options to discuss & we didn’t feel rushed or pressured or over sold. Chuck took the time to educate us on different filter options & went so far as to clean our old electrostatic filter to improve our air quality. Chuck knew we’d be without AC & offered to drop off a window unit- which he did at no charge (!) to keep us comfortable until we got our new AC at the end of June. I honestly thought that level of customer service was long gone, but obviously it’s the way Binder does business. I still can’t get over it & we look forward to referring Binder to our family & friends!
Our furnace was not consistently turning on. Chuck from Binder came and discovered that our ignighter needed to be replaced. He did a great job in tuning up the furnace to get maximum performance. He also fixed the humidifier, and spent extra time clearing out the drain hose for the humidifier which was clogged with deposits. I appreciate the extra effort to get us back in working condition. I recommend Binder.
When we moved to Mendota Heights several years ago, a friend recommended Binder for our heating and cooling needs. I’m so glad they did! Chuck has been to our home several times and is consistently professional, prompt and fair. I always receive a detailed description of the work being done, with explanations for maintenance as well. I have recommended Binder many times!
I can't say enough about how I was treated. My furnace was not working on a cold Saturday night and by noon on Monday I had my new furnace in replacing the a 14 year old furnace. But even Stephanie in the office filled out rebates, brought a lovely plant, and saw exactly what the installers were doing .... came to my home to see the work and ask questions!
