What a great team! Everyone I dealt with at Ray’s Heating And Cooling was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I got and excellent Carrier heat pump system for a fair price and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I was very satisfied with their services. The installation went well and I was happy to have them out because my heater was not working well. It was a relief to know that they could repair it so quickly and efficiently!
Ethan and his team were respectful of my time, asking me first before coming early. He observed full safety practices by wearing a mask and keeping his distance. He was professional, going straight to work and then afterwards explaining my options for the future. He was both pleasant and businesslike. I have used Ray’s Heating And Cooling several times in the past, but the most recent was installing a dishwasher and all of the hookups for our new kitchen sink. Ethan was thorough, gave me explanations on why the job was done the way it was, and was happy to adjust a few things for me with my faucet and dishwasher finishing when I requested it after the fact. Although I feel their pricing is on the high side of average, the value is high. They are prompt, honest, honor their warranties and are just all around pleasant to work with.
Ray came to our home on the island and spent the entire day replacing our old system. We now have amazing hospital quality air circulating through our home. He is professional, doesn't try to sell products you don't need, and exceptionally honest. I would recommend his business to anyone. Thank you for taking such good care of our family home!
I called Ray’s Heating And Cooling and requested for a quote for a new AC. My AC had a blown fuse and I replaced a new fuse. I was looking for a replacement because the technician from a different company said that the compressor is done. The technician came to my house and fixed the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend and refer my friends to this place!
We plan to have a simple tune up for our AC. I called the company to check the price. People at office can't give a estimate of the price. He said that the price will be $4999 if he has to give one.
I give them 10 stars!! These guys are amazing and I appreciate them for their professionalism and competence. I gladly recommend them and will not hesitate to recommend more.
The serviceman that was sent to my house was top notch. It was just a free checkup but he took the time to work with me on my thermostat programming, plus do what he was there to do. They are the only company I call for my furnace, A/C or plumbing needs. Would recommend Ray’s Heating And Cooling to anyone.

Ethan came out and determined that the existing compressor unit was way over-sized which was running up our electricity bill. He properly sized the replacement units and we are very happy with the results. I will definitely be using Ray’s Heating And Cooling again and again.

From the first phone call to the technician (Ethan) arriving we had a phenomenal interaction. They made us feel important and worked us into the schedule as our AC unit stopped functioning. He was an exceptional tech and truly competent. This may have been our first time using Ray’s Heating And Cooling but it surely will not be the last. Massive work!!
Ethan did a great job diagnosing an issue with both our AC and our Nest thermostat. When I provided Nest with a copy of the invoice the technician said it was the most detailed description of troubleshooting he’d ever seen and agreed to send us a new thermostat with little more effort on my part. Our AC wasn't cooling well so I scheduled an AC service before the heat hits and am so glad I did. Our tech Ethan was capable, professional and gave us several options for making things right.
