GREAT company to work with. We were having a problem with our furnace. Called James he came out the next day. Outstanding customer service. Explained what he was doing. Very professional, would highly reccomend this company. It's amazing to find a company you can really trust!!

I had have several incredible experiences with this company and highly recommend using them. They are always willing to make time for appointments and do a thorough job. My furnace went out one night and they were able to assist me to fix it over the telephone by sending photos!
Very responsive. Had an issue in the morning with my furnace not kicking out heat and called. Phone was answered immediately. Was able to get a diagnosis of the issue with my furnace over the phone, and even though he had a full schedule, James squeezed me in to get my furnace kicking out heat. Will absolutely use this company again. And their fees ate so reasonable. Very helpful.
Jim was great to work with...quick to set up time to check our a/c and arrived on time. He was very personable and helped in every way he could to figure out our issue. I highly recommend Culpepper Heating and Cooling for anything you need related to heating or cooling your house! Very professional!
They worked with my schedule to get someone out right away for an inspection. Showed up right on time and were efficient, professional, and very helpful. Will be using them in the future as well as recommending them to others.
I had Culpepper Heating install Reme Halo LED UV units in my furnace. The UV light will kill viruses and germs, making my house a healthy place to live. They were good, friendly people to work with.

Incredible service, scheduling and workmanship are how they roll; they are the aces in the deck! Put them in your favorites and call them as soon as you have a heating or air conditioning need.
