My experience with Zahler was outstanding. Greg responded immediately to my call and was able to give some very sensible advice about my furnace. He came out and delivered on exactly what he said he'd do, for the price stated. This kind of customer service gives me a lot of confidence in using Zahler again and I highly recommend them.
Our project involved a radiator switch out, installation and boiler maintenance. Greg and his crew were respectful and responsive to our questions and specific needs. We're very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Zahler Heating & Air Conditioning is one of the best, most reliable, and responsive businesses I've ever worked with to do work on our house. Greg Zahler and his team reconfigured our boiler/water heater location, and re-vamped all of the pipes running to our radiators, added in-floor heating into one of the bathrooms, and added new low profile radiators to our basement. I have recommended them to so many friends and neighbors, and everyone who's used them feels the same way we do: completely satisfied and appreciative of the excellent work, the highly knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and professional demeanor of whomever comes to the house to do the work from their team, and the reasonable cost of their services. Most recently, we thought our 3yr old water heater (that Zahler had installed) had broken and flooded the basement. Greg Zahler returned my call within an hour and rearranged his work schedule for the day to come to our house and assess the damage. It turned out it wasn't actually our water heater that was the issue after all. Regardless, Greg made sure everything was in working order and informed us that the water had come from the floor drain and was a back-up of water - likely a clogged line or our main-line backing up. He didn't charge us for his time, OR the work that he had to reschedule for the day and lost. Greg's response was so incredibly generous, immediate, professional, and caring - we're blown away by his work ethic and generosity! We have so much respect for Greg and his company and wish other businesses we've worked with were as responsive, kind, and reasonably priced. Thank you so much for the most excellent work you've done at our house. We will always call your company and refer you to anyone who asks - you're 10 stars in our book!!!!!!!
We’ve used Zahler multiple times and always had excellent experiences. We have a couple of buildings on our property and each one had an issue with proper air handling. One needed an air exchanger, another needed a dehumidifier and the other needed a mini-split. Greg and his team were great at offering solutions where other companies didn’t know what to do, they communicated well and were exceptionally clean on the job sites (in one space they left it cleaner than they found it). They aren’t the cheapest in town but this is a case where you get exactly what you pay for, in the best way possible. I will use them again and again.
Greg and his team recently installed a new HVAC system for me and did a great job! Greg was willing to answer any questions or concerns I had, returned calls promptly, and treated me very fairly. :)
Wouldn't even think of calling anyone but Zahler Heating & Air. Called for an appointment when my A/C went out thinking I would have to wait forever this time of year, but instead they were out on the same day. Greg is very responsive, trustworthy, and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and had my air working right away. Would very highly recommend their services to anyone!
Company is amazing! Fixed my AC unit in less than a day during what is their busiest time of the year! 5/13/22…3rd day of 80+ degree weather! And a Friday no less! Brandon came exactly when he said he would, so personable, professional and efficient. He even texted me after he left to remind me to adjust the temperature. Highly recommend and happy to share our experience if anyone has further questions.

This company is exceptional! I was impressed with how quickly they were able to replace my furnace with a new one and how good it looks. I was also pleased with their willingness to answer all my questions about whether it was necessary or not to upgrade my furnace to eventually accommodate for a finished basement. You can tell just by the work they do, the care they have for their customers, and how clean they leave the job site that they take pride in the company and work they do!
Worked for 3 times with Greg. Each contact was timely and professional. We were advised when the problem we called about did not require him to visit our home in person. Today, we discovered a water leak from pipe above the boiler. Immediately after being called, Greg was on our property. Fixed the problem. All done with the utmost respect to COVID risk. Exemplary service!!!
I have worked with Zahler for the last 21 years. Always timely, efficient, honest and seem to care. The crews are always the same. Zahler has built his business on word of mouth. Old house or new, Zahler is simply the best. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
Greg has maintained my furnace/AC and made sure everything is working properly. I recently had an April Aire system installed and am very happy. Greg took great care in keeping the work space neat and clean. I would recommend them to my friends and family, and answers phone calls right away and any questions you might have.
Greg and his team are nothing short of fantastic. When our furnace went out, Greg came out the next day to take a look, and his team replaced our furnace the very next day. Zahler Heating and Air Conditioning has been my go to company for over 10 years. They provide quality work and fair pricing. I have had them install 4 new furnaces, a boiler and annual maintenance on these items and other heating and air conditioning units too. This company is consistently responsive and dependable. Plus, Greg and his team are very kind too! I feel VERY confident in recommending them for any of your heating and air conditioning needs. A+++ for Zahler.
I called Greg in an emergency this morning because our water heater was leaking and our basement was flooded. He rushed over immediately, stopped the water flow, and helped me navigate the steps that had to be taken to begin cleaning up and repairing the damage. To say I’m grateful is an understatement. I would highly recommend Zahler heating.

I am an office manager at a condominium complex. Greg and his team have done many a/c replacements for residents this summer and service for many other a/c units for residents. They are always professional, courteous and excellent workmanship. They have replaced the a/c in the manager's unit so I have also had personal experience with them. I highly recommend their service!
Greg was very responsive and came right out when I called about my HVAC troubles. I was looking at a full residential replacement based on a previous contractor’s recommendation. Greg expertly assessed the situation and made a few minor tweaks to my system. All fixed! He is trustworthy and a true expert in his field!
