A technician showed up as scheduled to address the issue with my gas furnace. Went through the troubleshooting process and identified the problem within half an hour. Verified I was ordering the correct part online and had him install it the next day. Great customer service like this is the reason I will use Empire Heating & Air Conditioning again to replace my furnace next spring.
The tech was in the neighborhood doing a job, so i asked about his experience, pricing, etc. He showed me some of his work - and he was kind enough to knock some hornet nests down in my soffit lights while we spoke! He was professional and reasonably priced, so I decided he was the right person to get my vents cleaned up. I will follow up with more when he comes back to do the air duct cleaning :)
This is pretty lukewarm review for me. Recently we had someone come out to address the humidifier on our furnace. Service was prompt, satisfactory, but perhaps price was on the higher end-something I can usually justify especially if everything else is exemplary. Fast forward to a week later and our water heater was leaking. The estimate for a basic replacement water heater included labor/install cost estimate of nearly $2000, with a grand total of nearly $5400? It would be prudent for your business and potential customers to know your competitors completed the exact same job, same day, for literally HALF the cost.
When our AC unit went out, I called around to multiple companies. The only company that could come out in an hour was this company. They came out, fixed the problem and saved the day! I would recommend them to anyone!
The installation took place last week and I was very pleased by the two men who were very professional and considerate. The work has been completed to a high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending Empire Heating & Air Conditioning.

This is a literal scam. Look up premium home services, which is what they charge your credit card as, on Better Business Bureau. Fun update: My credit card was fraudulently charged that evening.

These guys came over, were extremely professional, sympathetic and knew what they were doing. Keith was our tech and he explained the situation to us in a way we would understand. I would use this company again for future work. I was very happy with the service they provided. Hats off!
Completely unprofessional business. I scheduled an AC repair four days ago. After confirming via call during the appointment window, they never showed and never received a call back. I have followed up numerous times, receiving promises that they will come the next day, and still no one has showed up. Terrible customer service.
Tony was extremely professional I was at work when he came had someone here to let him in, he called when he was heading to my home and called again to let me know he Completed his job and gave me his recommendations to keep my AC system running safe and strong. Hope he comes out next time. Thumbs up!!
We used Empire Heating & Air Conditioning for our church. The AC was just not working and first we had another company come out and tell us it was only the filter that needed changed. So we did that but nothing changed. Then Empire Heating & Air Conditioning came out and they were great. They were very professional and fast.

Bramwel was a pleasure to work with. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning installed our furnace and AC many years ago. And we have never had an issue with either. Have been dedicated about having the furnace checked but not so much the AC. After cleaning and charging the compressor the air conditioner is functioning impeccably and effectively. Top notch!!
