They were able to find the issue with my hvac unit within no time and gave a fair price of what needs to be done, unlike a previous guys who gave a quote of more than a grand saying there is some problem with the unit without spending much time looking into it. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family for any issues regarding their HVAC systems.

They respond swiftly to any problems that come up, which is fantastic because it eliminates my concern about whether they will be available when I need them. I can't say enough good things about this company. I called them to come out and help me out with my heating and air conditioning issues, and they were super responsive, came out within a few hours of me contacting them, and fixed everything in under an hour.

I received outstanding service from this company. I called to fix my AC unit and someone was at my home within an hour. The technician was kind, professional, and even had a smile on his face! The required part was promptly ordered and as soon as it was delivered to my address, I called this company back for the installation. 2 hours later, technician Haimed was at my door. This is just a referral service, I kept getting rescheduled, contractor they brought in was late, sloppy, and didn't speak any English.

Service technician troubleshot our AC and determined we needed a new AC unit. With the old AC unit only being used for about 3yrs. New house build. The technician double checked all his work to make sure it was a bad AC unit. The technician then went over our replacement options.
Supervisor Lenny completed my coil replacement in my HVAC unit and did a perfect job. Customer Service Manager Jane was also excellent and she made sure my family and I were taken care of. I double checked their work and they not only fixed my leaking coils, they improved my system overall. I'm very particular and demanding in how things are done and Solex Heating and cooling delivered on their word. Don't hesitate. This is the last stop for any HVAC issues you may have. 5 Stars all the way. Excellent work !!!
Someone called and cancelled my appointment 45 minutes before the scheduled time. It sounds like a referral service. When I called to ask about my appt that had been cancelled, they hung up on me.
TLDR: they no called-no showed me after one previous cancelation and then the manager never returned my call. Two weeks ago I called on a Thursday for a Friday appointment. They booked me for the next day, but then later someone else called me back and said they were overbooked and they had no availability until the following week. I was out of town last week, so I couldn’t have it done then. Last week, I then scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, from 9-12. Nobody showed up, and nobody called. I called Solex and nobody responded. A few hours later I tried calling again, and someone picked up and told me the manager would call me back. They still haven’t, three days later. I need this tune-up before closing on a house, so time is of the essence. I can’t imagine if my AC was broken or my furnace broken in the winter.
There were issues with our installation of a new heat pump that were due to the manufacturer. Solex Heating And Cooling continued to work on finding a solution for the error message and even installed a brand new system. They made sure the unit was keeping the house cool while the problem was being resolved. Will be happy to do business with them in the future.
