Sentex Heating And Cooling Co. did an amazing job. The serviceman responded quickly to our request for someone to come out and look at our furnace and AC unit. He gave us a great quote to replace both units and we set up a time and date for the install. He came on time and professionally installed both units. We are very happy with his work and we will definitely recommend him.
Scheduled visit for a Tuesday, was told hours later they can't make it until Wednesday. No show and no call on Wednesday, when I texted after the time window they said they can't make it until Thursday. Thursday NO call No show, called office after time window, was told they would be an hour late but would be coming. It's now been 2 hours since I called. No communication, no show AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and find another company.
I love this company! Right from the start the technician was a true professional. He came to give me a quote and took time to explain everything to me. I felt like he really cared about my concerns. From start to finish the experience was a pleasure and so easy. They installed my new A/C and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. Sentex Heating And Cooling Co. installed a new heating system in our house late November 2019 with an excellent customer service with very reasonable prices. They worked expeditiously and were patient with our questions. They took us through “teething problems” that clients do experience and how we could solve them on our own. I do recommend their work to whoever would need their services.
Just had Sentex Heating And Cooling Co tech here to help our A.C. emergency of a dripping pan in the house we just bought. He found and fixed a couple of drain problems. He also found a bad float switch which he did not have with him as he just used the last one he had but will make sure we get one installed soon. He is a real keeper polite, prepared and professional.
I can't say enough about the great service we receive from Sentex Heating And Cooling Co. In the middle of the night last night, our A/C quit working. One phone call early this morning and John was at our door. Working in a sudden downpour, he diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck, and fixed the problem quickly.

Sentex Heating And Cooling Co. was very nice to deal with. All the people I came into contact with were very nice and hard working. The product is working fantastic. John who did the service of the system and the guys who installed did a wonderful job. The salesman is very caring about the job being done right. All were top notch.

Sentex Heating And Cooling provided a competitive price and they fit us in early to get our heat going as our furnace was burned out when we moved into the house. The quality of the work is good and overall a smooth experience. The staff are very friendly and I would recommend them to all my friends.

Called to get an estimate due to positive reviews on an AC unit to be replaced. They wanted $150 trip charge to do something that many other companies do for free. Also, I had other company out to go through AC unit and they charged $100 to go through entire system and this is typical of every major company out there.
I was quoted by Sentex Heating And Cooling Co, and the experience was great. Justus was very thorough with his presentation and explanation, and answered all my questions. The follow up was great as well. Although I haven't had an air conditioner installed yet, I would highly recommend them. Very professional and you can tell they pay attention to detail.
