I trusted Randall Heating and Cooling, Refrigeration because they installed the original system when the house was built, and they serviced it for 5 years. The men who installed the new system were professional and explained how long the process would take, which was only about six hours. Greg was very helpful in setting up the service and letting me know what to expect.
These people were a complete no show. Called multiple times to follow up and just got the run-around with no calls back. I can't believe they'd have a 5 star avg.

I had a great experience with Randall Heating and Cooling, Refrigeration. They repaired the AC unit in a rental unit. Greg the technician who came out was professional and efficient and was able to resolve the issue in a single visit restoring the cool air for my tenant and making everyone happy!

Greg came out the day after I called. He explained that we needed a new central air conditioner and why, My husband and I were very pleased with his knowledge and experience! My technician was so nice and very professional. He explained everything that he did and explained how our system was. He advised us on other equipment we could get to improve air quality.
