The technician was very friendly. He was in & done with no problems. Was unable to wash the unit as I have a wasp nest inside, but he did work around them to check the unit. I was glad he let me know about the unwanted guests.

Technician Wayne Ford was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.He immediately diagnosed the problem--a big one: the main circuit board needed replacement. There's a long story that goes with this, but ultimately his diagnosis was right on target and the board was eventually replaced by someone else since we have Smarthome Advantage protection coverage with Excel and the circuit board was pricey.

Usual vendor scheduled our emergency A/C repair out 6 days! With no air conditioning? NOT! So we called Sedgwick and they had Miles out in less than 2 hours! Miles is a wonderful young man, courteous, knowledgeable, and made it very clear of his plan of attack. Ended up a pretty easy repair, replaced the capacitor and we were good to go! Very reasonable parts/labor charge for the level of service. Kudos to Miles and Sedgwick!

It is the annual maintenance of the the ac part of my maintenance plan. Common sense would bring air filters to replace the dirty one. Was told they did not have one. Requested to be shown some items that I could maintain however technician stated he was not familiar with this unit! I do not know how to respond to this situation! Otherwise he cleaned and checked the ac unit as requested. Was professional. Stated he would take my concerns back to the office so will wait and see what the follow up time will be

Even though the end result wasn't what I was hoping, it was what I was thought was possible. Our 29 year old AC unit is finally going to end up in a better place. He showed up on time, was very kind, looked at the thermostat furnace filter, and the furnace, then went out to the air unit. When he came he said good news bad news well not so good news but not all bad either. I covered my unit in the fall, found out mice like that and mice chewed my wires and made a mess. Hurt my compressor some and reminded me of the age of the unit. I recommend Sedgwick's 5 stars from me,
