The technician was very friendly. He was in & done with no problems. Was unable to wash the unit as I have a wasp nest inside, but he did work around them to check the unit. I was glad he let me know about the unwanted guests.
From the salesman to the crew who did the installation, I got all the information I needed and was kept up to speed on the project from start to finish. Great experience!
We moved into our new home 2 weeks ago and had our AC not cool the house for the last 36 hours. I called Sedgwick this morning and their technician Brent showed up within a few hours, way ahead of schedule in my ask for asap. Brent was amazing. He took the time to walk me through his process and educate me on how this whole thing works. I couldn’t be happier that I stuck with the previous owners company and their amazing tech Brent.
Showed up at my place of business with a very clean, nice looking uniform, and a great smile, and making me feel completely confident that he was going to be able to take care of my air conditioning situation… Loved his professionalism.
Technician Wayne Ford was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.He immediately diagnosed the problem--a big one: the main circuit board needed replacement. There's a long story that goes with this, but ultimately his diagnosis was right on target and the board was eventually replaced by someone else since we have Smarthome Advantage protection coverage with Excel and the circuit board was pricey.
Chet was personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He had my air conditioning up and cooling in no time. 10 stars for Chet!

I've been with this Company for several years and always had a good experience. Usually it's for maintenance of my furnace or AC. Today they installed a new AC. The installers were on time, knowledgeable, efficient and left the basement and yard clean and orderly. I was kept informed about their progress. My questions were answered.
Cameron helped us this afternoon and was excellent. He knew his job and was very informative. Plus very friendly.
Ethan, our tech, was thorough and personable. He has come to service our AC before and does a great job representing Sedgwick.

Usual vendor scheduled our emergency A/C repair out 6 days! With no air conditioning? NOT! So we called Sedgwick and they had Miles out in less than 2 hours! Miles is a wonderful young man, courteous, knowledgeable, and made it very clear of his plan of attack. Ended up a pretty easy repair, replaced the capacitor and we were good to go! Very reasonable parts/labor charge for the level of service. Kudos to Miles and Sedgwick!

Benjamin notified us of his arrival, was very professional, personable and thorough. He also explained things well and was very encouraging about our furnace and A/C possible life spans.
It is the annual maintenance of the the ac part of my maintenance plan. Common sense would bring air filters to replace the dirty one. Was told they did not have one. Requested to be shown some items that I could maintain however technician stated he was not familiar with this unit! I do not know how to respond to this situation! Otherwise he cleaned and checked the ac unit as requested. Was professional. Stated he would take my concerns back to the office so will wait and see what the follow up time will be
Charged $100 to try to sell me a new furnace. Fixed it myself for $50. Saved $9950. Thanks for nothing.

Even though the end result wasn't what I was hoping, it was what I was thought was possible. Our 29 year old AC unit is finally going to end up in a better place. No more tiresome days and nights trying to suck the humidity out of the house and cool the temperature down. The technician was extremely professional, listened to my concerns and tried his best to find a way to bring my old AC back to life. I appreciate his candor as well as clear communication on the next step to getting my house comfortable to live in again.

He showed up on time, was very kind, looked at the thermostat furnace filter, and the furnace, then went out to the air unit. When he came he said good news bad news well not so good news but not all bad either. I covered my unit in the fall, found out mice like that and mice chewed my wires and made a mess. Hurt my compressor some and reminded me of the age of the unit. I recommend Sedgwick's 5 stars from me,
