Excellent trustworthy company we highly recommend
Very pleasant to set up appointment & tech arrived within the scheduled time period. But the charge for a job that took less than 8 minutes was $369 for replacing a capacitor in a Lennox heating and air conditioning unit. When I asked the technician about the price of the part he said there were different prices for the part. The part cost was less than $15. Even with the trip charge of $100 the price was seriously BEYOND what it should have been. When I called the office I was told they charge a flat rate and that was what they charged. I then called several other HVAC companies and NO ONE would give me a quote unless they sent a technician out. Maybe a little price fixing among the HVAC companies. BUYER BEWARE!
Excellent! Was able to get on their schedule in a very reasonable amount of time. The service person who came to the house was polite and conscientious. He was honest about the problem with our furnace and was able to get us going. Very satisfied. Will call again if/when the time comes.
Amazing team with caring, genuine people. They installed a furnace for us through Lennox's "Feel the Love" program and it was clear they provide top service. We couldn't be more grateful!
We were in need of someone coming out for my parents home. The heat was not working on one of the coldest days of this winter. Within 24 hours the company sent out someone to diagnose and then troubleshooted the problem. Ongoing communicate and persistence were their strengths. Even though the heat was not fixed the first time around, I was very satisfied with their service. 24 hours availability was very helpful. In the meantime of troubleshooting, the tech. even came back to bring some space heaters for my parents (after work hours) and was willing to communicate with our home association to explain the problem. I would recommend Twin City Heating and Air.

My furnace went out on a Friday and they were able to come that same evening to repair it. Unfortunately a part they put in was faulty so it worked great for a day but we woke up Sunday morning to a freezing house. This was also New Years eve so I was very impressed that they were able to send over a tech right away to resolve the issue. They second and then 3rd tech that had to come that day with new parts were extremely nice and friendly. I even told them I had plans to go out that night so they made sure everything was done in a timely manner and of course at no cost since it was their part that didn't work the first time. So, a small hiccup but the furnace has been working great ever since,
From start to finish they were helpful and great to work with. They worked on one of our coldest day to ensure on getting our heating unit was installed as soon as possible. Thank you for the outstanding work.

Our furnace went out the first real cold snap we had this year. Wymond, the owner, had a repair person out the next morning. He was professional and cordial. Best of all he fixed the furnace! All for a reasonable price! I highly recommend Twin City Heating & Air.
Wymond the owner is wonderful. He is both professional and courteous ! I completely trust him I also just had a spring tune up and then play that came out was the same way!

February 2017-woke up to a cold house!! Called a few places to come out and give me an estimate. Twin City Heating and Air came out gave me an awesome price and were able to install the next day : )!!! (unlike some of the others- a week really :() They even brought heaters to help us get through the night without frozen pipes! The installers were clean and professional. They even dealt with a "surprise" behind the old furnace! Yeah. Highly recommend their service!!!!! Call them!!

Twin City Heating and Air did a great job for me over the last year on multiple projects. The last project was extending the gas line to the detached garage and installing a garage heater - loved working with these guys. Wymond and his team are timely, respectful and cost effective.
The follow up was incredible. We were able to get an appointment scheduled to have our furnace tuned up. Once it was completed I got an overview of what was done. They did a great job and the service was excellent!
