They came by to replace my entire HVAC system today including the water heater and they were the best! Professional, courteous and above all, knowledgeable in their craft!!! They left my place just as they found it - clean!! Kudos to Dan also for being a great account exec and answering all my questions. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a complete HVAC solution.
The team from Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning were great! They were very neat and helpful. The new furnace looks great and all the cords and pipes and lines are neatly ziptied out of the way. They put insulation on all the water pipes they used and swept the basement, which hasn't been done in years! They really left my house better than they found it! I'm very impressed. 5 stars!
Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning installed a. new boiler for my 1938 hot water radiator system and installed air conditioning in my house. Both systems work fine and I get a quick response if I have any problems. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the ac installation which required running duct work in overhead spaces and attic walls
They were great! I called them on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come out the same day. They worked quickly and did a great job! Definitely recommend!
I have never been treated so good by a repair man before. He was nice and fast and did a great job!! Can’t ask for anything else!
Had my AC unit go out over the weekend, called Monday morning and they came out on Tuesday. Great prices, great customer service.
He was very approachable, competent, and knowledgable. He arrived within a couple of hours after I called to get my air conditioner looked at! His thoroughness in ensuring that I wouldn't have to pay more than necessary impressed me. I thoroughly recommend this business!
I called 2 days ago during business hours. I spoke with the person I assume was just a call answering center, and told them I would like to speak with someone about upgrading my furnace and ac. They already had my number off from caller ID, and read it back to me. I confirmed my number and they said they would have a manager call me right back. Its been 2 business days and still no call back. Save yourself some time, and call someone else. I could have been 2 days ahead of my current situation had I called someone else. They must be to busy with work, or just don't want to work.
Despite all the glowing reviews of this place - my experience was pretty poor. I was supposed to have a tech come out on 6/3 between 9am-1pm and no one showed up or called. I had to call them to find out what was going on - he was tied up with a commercial job. Ok, no problem. I then scheduled for the next day, 6/4 for the same 9am-1pm time period. We went ahead with that. Again, no one showed up or called. I had to call at a little after 2pm. I was told someone called and left a message, which didn't occur. I had my phone on and next to me all day waiting for the tech to call, and my phone had no calls or voicemails. Then they wanted to schedule me for NEXT WEEK. This could be due to a shortage of techs but they shouldn't be signing up for time slots they cannot service (especially since I bought their "premium plan" for higher priority). They really lost me when they failed to follow-up and communicate every time. I hope your experience will be better than mine.
Fantastic experience with Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning! I'm a first time customer who called the technician this morning after a recommendation by a neighbor and he did not disappoint. My tenant has been without AC since Saturday in this heat. He was able to squeeze me in today and provide the tenant with relief. He's very kind, knowledgeable and patiently explains everything. He doesn't try to upsell which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

They were professional and friendly throughout the entire process, from initial estimate through about a million questions from us through the actual installation. The quality of service was top notch. The quality of workmanship was also top notch. Clearly, they are skilled and knowledgeable professionals. We highly recommend them for repair, maintenance, or installation and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning technician arrived on time to perform the routine maintenance check up of my central heating system. He was polite and respectful.He took great care of our house. He identified a problem with my thermostat and corrected it free of charge. I was very impressed with the entire experience and will highly recommend them.
Our AC room unit was not working properly. Called several Heating and Air Conditioning companies and many did not repair these units. Called Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning. Not only did they come out the same day, but they figured out the problem and were able to repair the unit at a great price. Love Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning. Would highly recommend.
Great company. My heater was not working properly and I scheduled an appointment to fix it. Due to weather conditions the technician was a bit late, but they called me in advance and notified about that. Tech quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Very smart, polite and great person. Had a positive experience overall and will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives.

Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning technicians are the best. They were on time, polite, extremely knowledgeable and patient. Hands down the best company I’ve ever worked with. We called for service late last night and they came out at 8am today. They kept me informed of the issues they discovered with our system and ways to keep up with preventative maintenance in the future. They resolved our issue and added in a float switch as an extra piece of mind just in case anything else happens in the future. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond!
No call back after i set a appontment for them to service my heater, they said the manager would call back but they never did

He was accommodating, friendly and explained to us the cause of the problem of our A/C. He also advised us what to do next in order to maintain our A/C in good condition.
