The work was done this weekend for my parents. This company responded quickly , pulled appropriate permits , they were professional and did clean work. They left my mom a fan over the weekend since her unit was shot . Thank you so much for helping them and your quick and professional response. I will definitely recommend !!!

The technician serviced our HVAC, after diagnosing the problem, he walked us through all of our options and did an outstanding job! He was on time, honest, trustworthy and was able to resolve our issue the first time. I highly recommend Apex Heating & Cooling for all of your HVAC needs!
Like always another extraordinary service done. We got a new system this year and it has run without a hiccup. Once again our favorite tech, Marcus, came out to do the maintenance on the system like always he is the only one we like to come out. Thanks for letting your best maintenance guy come out every time!!
Terrible experience. They must have lots of friends and family to leave 36 five star reviews and only one negative one. Read the reviews, they are clearly coached on what to say, I've never seen the name of a company repeated so many times. Anyway, here's my gripe. I called to schedule service for my commercial AC. The person I spoke with scheduled me for the next afternoon, which I thought was great! They also explained that they had a Home Service Plus option that I could pay for and save on future service fees and labor. I thought this was a good idea as I have a project coming up that will require HVAC work, so I signed up. The next day the Tech never showed up, and never called me to tell me that they weren't going to show up. I followed up with Home Service Plus (Apex's Partner) and they told me that a tech would show up the next day. The Tech showed up, looked at my system and never called me to tell me what was going on. I had to personally call him to ask him what he found out. he said that he got one AC unit working (which I appreciate) and that was it. When I asked him what the plan was to get the other units fixed, all he said was that I might need new thermostats. No attempt to offer ideas on what might actually be needed to fix the other two units (a chance for them to make money). After the first Tech's recommendation I called to schedule service to have new thermostats installed. I called and they scheduled me for Monday morning from 9:00-1:00PM. The Tech never showed and never called to say they weren't coming. I called Apex at 4:30PM to see what was going on. The representative said that they would have the Tech call me and give me an update. I never received a call. I got busy the next day and forgot to follow up with them again, but it didn't matter, because they didn't either. After that I called and requested a refund for my Home Service Plus and cancelled my request for service (that may not have existed in the first place).
Apex Heating & Cooling serviceman came out to figure out why a couple of registers were not producing heat. His crew came over and worked for 7 hours to run a gas line and were completely professional. They respected our floors and carpets and cleaned up afterwards. I work from home and was not disturbed throughout the job. Finally, they did an excellent job patching the drywall. Highly recommend this company and the professionals they employ. 5*****!!
Apex Heating & Cooling is so outstanding in their service delivery. I used them to install for me a new heater and do some home energy upgrades. They were very detailed and perform the work with the highest level of professionalism. Meshack, the supervisor was excellent and ensured everything was done fine. Highly recommend them!!
The various crew members from Apex Heating & Cooling were at our home a handful of times over the span of a week to provide maintenance services, replace some parts on one furnace and completely replace the other of our furnaces. What a pleasure to deal with all of them. Fast, courteous, efficient and so pleasant to deal with. I look forward to using their services again in the future. Highly recommend!
I hired Apex Heating & Cooling to install a while house humidifier. They were professional and great to work with. There was a defect in the humidifier that ended up requiring four trips for them to resolve. Every time we called, they came out the same the day, no charge, no grief, no excuses, they hunted the issue until it was gone. I am impressed by how they stood behind their service and I'm definitely calling them in the future.
We were able to schedule an appointment quickly, even though it was not an emergency. The guys came out, did a thorough check and only did what was needed. This has been out experience with them over the 5 years we have used Apex Heating & Cooling. We appreciate their honesty and expertise.

We have used Apex Heating & Cooling before and will surely use them again. Meshack and his co-workers installed our new furnace and as usual with them it was a smooth trouble-free process. The install is extremely neat, they left our house clean, made sure to explain everything about the new system. Simply the best!!

Meshack was the best! Called me a few minutes before he arrived at the early part of appointment time. He very competent and warmed up to my two Greyhounds right away. Completed HVAC seasonal maintenance and added two compressor hard start assists and was done in no time. I wish he does all my HVAC work in the future!
Very pleasant to work with. Called Friday and was scheduled an appointment on a Monday. Technician showed up to my house, did an assessment and gave me the option I had. Very impressed and will highly recommend.
The technicians from Apex Heating & Cooling were very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all the tests and system checks carefully. He was also very cautious of keeping the interior of the house clean.Will highly recommend.
Called them because my ac quit working. Having knowledge in HVAC, I told the technician i thought the capacitor went bad. He tested the capacitor which was bad and replaced it. I highly recommend.
Samuel was not just on time, but was early, but worked with us, as we weren't home yet. He was friendly but professional and very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend him to anyone in need.
Meshack did a great job rescuing us from the heat when our air conditioning went out in the middle of last night. He identified the problem, explained what he would do to fix it and proceeded to do that. All around great customer service! Will definitely hire this company again!!
Meshack and the team were very competent and polished young man. They finished the job in a practical amount of time and kept the surrounding area very pristine.
