I have hired Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service for 2 years now and everyone I have worked with has been very professional, polite, and informative. More businesses should take a look at how customer service really should be by shadowing their team members. Highly recommended, 5 stars well earned.

I had an issue with the AC at my rental property on a Saturday afternoon. Response time was good and the technician found the issue and repaired it in less than an hour. I was really sweating what it would cost for a weekend call but the price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!
The work he did will provide a huge savings in energy costs of my hot yoga studio and I really appreciate it. I will recommend your service to anyone and plan to use your company for all my future HVAC needs.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called for a furnace inspection and was talked into spending an additional $25 for their membership, and scheduled the inspection for 1-4 the next day. No one ever showed up. No one called to tell me they were late or had to cancel. I called at 4:30 and was told the technician would call me back with an update. That did not happen. I called the following afternoon (still no one had reached out to me to explain or apologize) and was told the technician got stuck on another job. No explanation as to why no one could call me to tell me that. I then made the mistake of giving them another chance and scheduled for the next available window, three days later. Unsurprisingly, again, no one showed up. No phone call. This business and their membership is a scam.
Blake came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed the part, and had us nice and toasty all in the same afternoon.
Attempted to use their services several times. I signed up for their membership, as they claim to offer several services, including HVAC and plumbing, and the membership with me no service fees to just come and look at an issue. Every time I called, they scheduled me a service within a range of hours, for instance from 8-11am. This is not uncommon for the industry and seemed reasonable. On multiple occasions it would be several hours past that window, for instance 4pm, and I would not have even received a call that someone is coming out let alone actually had anyone come to look at my issue. I would call their office asking for answers as to why I waited at home all day to not have anyone help with my issue. All I would get from the operators is ‘I’m sorry we’re running behind’. They have no respect for their clients’ time and seemingly no concept of how long their technicians actually need to assist with issues. There is a complete disconnect between scheduling and what the technicians are actually capable of doing within a given day. Stay. Away.
I give Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service my highest recommendation! They all share a positive outward desire to provide the best service to those who need the highest quality at a reasonable price. As for me they exceeded my expectations. Glad to have found a local firm that provided the needed expertise, quality workmanship, and competitive pricing as well.
We've used Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service twice and both times it was a great experience. The representative was efficient and honest. He explained clearly what the issues were, what are the options and associated costs. He was an excellent representative for the company. We will certainly continue to use them.
Very pleased with installers who were punctual, knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, and great at what they do. They finished a tough, complicated job quickly and cleaned everything up when work was completed. We couldn’t have asked for better service from Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service!
