Bought and had installed new windows. * Due to the style of my old windows, there are now holes left in my framing. These were caulked, but look bad still.
The job they did was great but it took them more than a week to get started but once they did they completed the job and one day with clean up and everything which was awesome
New furnace system was installed.
The salesperson & installation contractors were great. Smart, helpful and thorough.
Perfect
Our new windows are wonderful! We liked the work of our contractor, Jim. We did feel a bit confused by the lack of communication from the beginning to intstallation..4 months was a long time to wait.
replaced, entire old boiler, with new high efficiency, boiler, the crew was extremely efficient . only took half a day for them to get the entire job done , great products better service ..love the new boiler ,
I had 10 windows and one patio door done excellent. Job
Very professional, and Thorough. The installers are the best I have ever seen. Would recommend to my Family and Friends. Awesome!
Dis-satisfied with the length of time to get started...contracted in March for 2 bathroom updates...they began in August only after several phone calls from me as to reason for delays. After some fits/starts, project finally completed on October 26, 2019.
Everything want vary well I'm happy
good job
They did an excellent job. Very professional.
Tim Harrah, salesman was great. Scott and Randy were a really good furnance installation team., professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. I was happy with their explanations of the install as well.
The tile installers were terrific, and the end result is just what we wanted. Scheduling with the office, however, was a train wreck. Their lack of communication and follow-through delayed our project by at least a month. We thought we had an install date, then no one showed up. We couldn't get anyone from the office to return our calls. Finally, we found contact info for the district manager and he got us on the schedule. Service this bad should be called out.
Three different skilled professionals all handled different aspects of the kitchen remodeling. They were all clearly VERY good at their jobs and were on time, polite and got the job done right. Even my little beagle liked every one of them
Salesman was very slick... Sold me something I didn't know I was buying. Unhappy with my whole experience. Don't think I'll be a Sears customer again.
They were the best at installing the furnace in my home thank you
Horrible customer service been trying to call for three days now and have not gotten a hold of anybody
Sears will send a good salesman with loads of materials and a nice powerpoint to your house to do a wonderful presentation on their quality, then seal the deal with a "first visit discount". Honestly, as described it would have been a decent deal. However, that is the bait, and the switch is coming. We were told that in 3-5 days we'd hear from someone to plan the roof installation. 2 weeks pass and finally they call us to tell us they're going to do the roof three days after that. Okay, great. I went to confirm with their subcontractor that the deal was to use as little sheeting as possible, since then the estimate would be reduced. They breeze through in a day, and when I go to inspect the work done, corners are cut everywhere - overlapping shingles, drip-edge poorly cut and installed improperly, nails blown through shingles, and starter shingles nailed well over six inches from the bottom edge along a whole side of the house. I called and mentioned these issues and they said someone would come out the next day - yet no one came for over a week and what can you do about blown-through nails other than re-roof the whole thing? The cherry on top was SEARS trying to charge us for sheeting the entire house when they didn't put any new sheeting on AT ALL! They finally agreed to take $1500 off, but even then the total only matched the quote for Premium Shingles (we got Oakridge) with no wood, and they evidently did not honor their 3% cash discount. They owe us probably close to another $1000 in refunds, but while you'd think a company like SEARS would be accountable, I doubt we will see it turn up when I contact them.
