CALLED FOR CLARIFICATION OF PART NUMBER THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE REP. TOOK THE TIME TO VERIFY PART NUMBER FOUND ON PART AND VERIFY THAT THE PART NEEDED WAS CHANGED AND THE NEW PART NUMBER IS THE REPALCMENT WHICH WAS NEEDED. ORDERED THE PART LATE AFTERNOON JAN 9,2023 REC, PART ON JAN 10,2023,EMAILS SENT WITH DATE OF ARRIVAL, VERY HAPPY WITH REP AND DELIVERY.

Huge shout out to Thadd Kuehnl and the team at Radiant Energy Systems. Not only are they fantastic neighbors we share the parking lot with, but they are also the best industrial HVAC specialists around. They installed a new additional rooftop unit for us to as we redeveloped the neighboring property. Got to give them a round of applause for their “on-brand” duct work matching our Hounds Town Blue with their Energy Jet system!! The pups (and Hoomans) are loving the 70 degree indoor weather with no humidity!! Thanks Thadd & Team!
