This spring had a complete HVAC system installed., and everything was great. From the estimate, to completion all good. The crew was great, worked so hard all day...and there was alot of work to be done. removed the old beast furnace, and put in nice new Lennox equipment. The office took care of all the paper work for me, Warrenty/rebate info etc... They answered all my questions...made it real easy on me. It was a big decision to get this type of home improvement, and im very glad i call R@L heating@cooling. Thanks Guys!

I needed 2 furnaces certified for city inspection and several companies I called were 3-4 weeks out on scheduling. R&L came out the next business day at the very beginning of the time window provided and Jason was very polite and professional.
The servicemen was polite and professional. He was fast and efficient. Fast appointment scheduling. I would use them again.

Chris, Rich, and Jeff did a significant job installing my new air conditioner, furnace, and thermostat. The 3 of them were very respectful, answered a lot of my questions and concerns, and were very efficient with their work ethic. I would highly recommend R & L Htg & Cooling. Very professional!
Kevin came out and serviced our air conditioning unit, on a day they were fully booked. He was professional, kind, and very fast. So are glad we chose R&L to have our furnace and air conditioner installed. He was awesome.
R&L came over a did a great job on my AC today. I always appreciate them and would highly recommend them.
Jason arrived promptly and found the issue with our a/c unit immediately. He was able to replace the needed part on the spot and is extremely professional. We will definitely be going to R & L for all our HVAC-related issues.

R&L is one of the best HVAC companies around. Responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Wish I could give them 6 stars and would not hesitate to call them out for service again. I used them for many years with no issues and was hesitant about staying with them after I found out that they were under new ownership but I am surprised to say that they are even better than before. Very impressed with the new management!

The young technician, Chris, was extremely courteous, friendly and patient with me as a senior citizen who's not familiar with all of this "complicated language"! lol. The best experience with R&L for my commercial HVAC installation. At a time when it’s hard to come by units they had them within days and installed a week later. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and gained my complete trust for future maintenance. Definitely can’t go wrong with R&L.
