I have a service contract for 7 years...just had a checkup 2 weeks ago and now it is not cooling. They cannot come out for 3 days even though I have a service contract. 1st time I am trying to call for a special call and they cannot respond quickly.
We have been Expert H&C customers for over 10 years. We have never had a bad experience. The Customer Service team listen, repeat to confirm then understand and communicate the key point of the our request/concerns. The Service Team & Manager are very knowledgeable when explaining the service/repair work needed. They have a full understanding of their products and products capabilities. They have even researched our history to understand the products and contracts we have signed and purchased. The field service representatives have been professional, polite and explain their work being performed to insure we are receiving the level service we requested. The service team has been very good to wear proper PPE as well as wearing shoe/boot coverings to insure they do not track outside dirt or debris into the house. An all around A+++ team. The sales team understood our budgets and timing restrictions when we purchased the Carrier high efficiency furnace and a/c unit. The cost was within our budget, the install was immediate due to our schedule and the total customer experience was great. Over the past 12 yrs, we've had a couple repairs to the AC unit, but by being a member of the Expert maintenance plan, our out of pocket costs were very reasonable. They came out yesterday (5/31/23) to look over our AC unit as the fan motor stopped working. The technician was very clear speaking when explaining the issue and his solution. Luckily, they had the replacement motor on their truck and were able to replace it that day. Service was top notch, very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you E H & C. I'm very happy to recommend Expert H&C to anyone and We are very satisfied customers.
Expert Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace/Air Conditioning unit for us. The workers were polite, on time, informative and meticulous! This was a two day job, and these workers were terrific. Extremely neat and quiet. Pricing very fair and just overall a great company to work with. Special shout out to Gino and Davey for their tremendous hard work! And to Nick for answering my 1000 questions.🙂
Sometimes when you make a big decision you wonder if you're going to make the right choice. Well, I made the right choice with Expert Heating and Cooling. I needed to get 2 new HVAC systems for my Mothers Condo and my Condo in the same complex. It started with Sales Rep. Nick W. we had a good discussion about what was needed for the new systems. He suggested a couple options and one of them hit the nail on the head. It was exactly what I wanted in a new HVAC system. Gino and his crew came out and removed the old units and installed the new Furnaces, A/C, Humidifiers, Air Filters and Programable Thermostats. Gino and Davey did an excellent Job. Both were Polite and Professional. Gino did a great job of explaining the process and maintenance of the new systems installed. We now have a correctly installed, well running and quiet HVAC system in both our homes.
They were very professional, cleaned up when they they were done. Worked to install our air conditioning unit even in the poorng rain.

The office staff and technicians at Expert Heating & Cooling are amazing. I always feel like they have my best interest at heart. I've never felt like they were trying to upsell me. They are very trust worthy. Brian helped me today with a new thermostat. I wanted something basic and simple to use. I am very happy with the product he installed. I highly recommend the Taylor office!
After hearing unusual noises from my 20+ year old furnace, on one of the coldest days of winter, I was able to discuss the situation with Nick on their after hours number, since they were highly rated, local, and one of the few companies that offered an after hours number. I decided it was indeed time to invest in a new furnace. Nick was able to offer me a competitive offer on the furnace I'd wanted, and was scheduled a one day replacement just days later. The installers, Brandon and Matt, were both professional and efficient. Nick was very friendly, and Expert Heating and Cooling warranty their work. I now have a new and more efficient furnace, and know who I can call locally for my heating and cooling needs.
We couldn't be more pleased with Expert. They installed a new electric air source heat pump HVAC system, a heat pump water heater, and upgraded our electrical panel. We shopped around several contractors to replace our old gas furnace & gas water heater, but it was hard to find someone with the know-how and willingness to help us electrify. Most of them just tried to talk us out of a heat pump and/or were afraid of the task. But Tom Jacobs absolutely knows what he's doing - he has a deep technical understanding of heat pumps and building systems, and will right-size your unit for your home (which is super important for a ASHP!). His confidence in his work gave us confidence in his company. And they did not disappoint. The installation guys were great. Shout to Tyler, Nick, and Jake for a job well done - we passed inspection with flying colors. They were always very professional, clean, and the quality of their work is top-notch. They were responsive to our requests and helped us understand our new system. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Expert because I won't be going to anyone else if this ever needs repair/maintenance work. Cheers, guys!
Expert Heating and Cooling was a great company to work with. Communication was excellent. The guys who did our job were outstanding. Arrived on time, worked hard all day, cleaned up when they were done. They were pleasurable, knowledgeable and excellent employees of Expert Heating and Cooling. Everything that Nick, our salesman, told us was done and done correctly. In today's world it's hard to find a company like Expert Heating and Cooling. They are top notch and if you need a furnace, air or hot water tank, these are the guys to come to.
This company deserves every bit of a 5 Star review! Tech that came out was Bryon. He was professional all the way, yet personable! Very knowledgeable and well versed in his trade. Awesome work.

Almost 5 years since they installed my furnace and AC relatively no problems. Good insulation people!!
Every person we interacted with starting with Nick was knowledgeable, service oriented, provided clear and detailed information and friendly. They worked expertly and efficiently. The cost was reasonable and explained fully. Expert all around!
The tech that came out was Dave and he was awesome. He wasted no time and diagnosed the issue right away meanwhile I spent the day driving around for the wrong part wasting time gas and money due to my own fault.
Setting an appointment was a breeze, serviceman Hector was prompt and professional. Prices fair and excellent work done. Will recommend this company to my friends and family.
I can’t say enough nice things about this team. They have been out to help me more than once with my boiler and each time are professional, polite, informative, and reasonable!! Most recent service was Christmas morning, and I was so grateful they are here for our community Thank you Expert team!
