**BEWARE** Fall 2022- I’ve had to have someone come out 3x since install. My furnace definitely wasn’t installed correctly! It’s stopped working twice now, only 2 weeks after install? Not happy! Now (11/27) Ive had to turn my furnace off because the cap on my roof was apparently not installed correctly either which is causing a leak which could fry my new furnace! They obviously have an issue with hiring actual experienced HVAC techs. I would look elsewhere for furnace repair and install. I originally gave them a great review but with all the issues, I simply can’t now. Josie in billing was very helpful at first but I had to ask 4 different people to send my warranty info after install. I was told an 11-12 am install time and they were here right at 11 and were done by 1 pm which was great! They were professional and friendly overall…BUT my furnace was not installed correctly. It blew a fuse only 2 weeks after install because the blower motor was barely connected. I only knew this because a technician came out on an emergency no heat call. He stated normally there would be a service charge because he believed we lost power which caused the fuse to blow but we had not lost power once! A service charge after being paid for a full install only 2 weeks prior?? Even though I was told when I called the emergency line there wouldn’t be a charge?? So he stated he would write up some other reason so we wouldn’t get charged, even though AGAIN WE NEVER LOST POWER! Nice try though! After reviewing my repair receipt he stated the blower motor was barely plugged in when the furnace was originally installed. That seemed more like the reason and he was just trying to cover up their mistake. I originally would have recommended this company but now I’m not so sure. 06/2023- My A/C hasn’t kicked on since I had the furnace replaced. I took the cover off the furnace and noticed wires that weren’t hooked up to anything and had no caps on them. When I sent a photo of this to Josie she

Their add doesn't say that it's wholesale only, and they would not sell me anything. But they were helpful.

The lady was super knowledge about the items we were looking for and helped track them down for us after learning they didn't have any in stock. She was wonderful!

I worked for Capitol Supply & Service for a little over 15 years in Graphic Design and then Marketing and made some great friends. Everyone was friendly and respectful towards me. They know the parts well and go above and beyond in customer care and the HVAC techs know what they're doing. They're a group of honest people. Upper management is friendly and understanding when personal things come up and gave me the opportunity to build a nice portfolio and take creative liberties on design projects. I'm giving a 5-star review because the employees are all phenomenal - you don't see the level of customer service they give at other places much.

Staff was unfriendly and lacking on the more important things that are needed. However if you need a door, they have them.

This is what you can expect when this place works on your brand new home. I would of at the very least tried to wipe it off or clean it.

Customer service was great, labor is not ridiculous like other places and my furnace was fixed within a hour after arrival. Will be calling them in the further if needed and recommend to anything needing emergency assistance. The tech that came to my house was nice, respectful and showed me pictures and explained everything besides fixing and asking for my credit card.

Great place to shop for all your manufactured home needs. They have all parts needed to fix or replace anything for your home. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Check out their website for a complete listing if parts and supplies.
