I specifically called and talked to the people on the phone and ask for AC unit cleaning they kept on telling me that comes with general maintenance and check up of AC unit they showed up did not clean my unit I highly recommend not using this company Now in the process of dealing with my bank to get my money back Because the whole reason I called was for an AC unit cleaning and the net did not get done very dissatisfied with this company
Stop looking at reviews and call this company. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Technician was timely and explained everything in detail so it was easily understood. I have used other companies in the past who seemed to be guessing at what the problem was. After diagnosing, they fixed my problem without just throwing new parts at my HVAC saving time and money! Thank you WG!

WG Heating & Cooling is fantastic. I have used them over the years for a number of things. It started a few years back when my furnace went out in the dead of winter, I called WG and they had a technician to my house a few hours later to get my heat working again. Since then I have had them out to charge my AC unit, install a new furnace and AC unit, add a new vent into one of the bedrooms, and most recently to have a heater added to my garage. I have had all of the techs out for something at one point or another and have nothing but good things to say about all of them. The woman who answers the phone (Cheri) is always so happy and helpful. If you need any kind of HVAC work, they should be your first call!

I can't thank WG Heating & Cooling enough! When my wife and I woke up and learned that our furnace died this week, I didn't know where to turn until a friend of mine referred them to me. It was the BEST decision I've ever made! From the first call I made to them I was treated as a V.I.P. right down to the technicians that installed my brand new, high-efficiency furnace and A/C, saving me big bucks down the road! I would HIGHLY recommend WG Heating & Cooling. Thank you as my wife is very happy now.
This company is unbelievably friendly & knowledgeable both over the phone & in-person. When I scheduled my appt. they were extremely prompt & very professional. The service technician wore both a mask & shoe covers. He also went over every repair and explained in detail too. They had me up and running in no time. I HIGHLY recommend WG Heating & Cooling to anyone over ANY company out there!!! Thanks again!
First of all I have to say thank you to these guys. They have helped me and my family when it was incredibly hot and a weekend my A/C stopped working. Other company's I called blew me off or wanted to charge me a ton of money just to come out on a weekend and then were talking about thousands of dollars in repairs. I called WG and Billy and Bill were the nicest couple of guys on the phone and even nicer in person. So professional and took the time to explain everything in detail so I could understand what the issue was. They fixed my problem quickly and the repair cost less then what the competition wanted to just come out. Thanks guys and I would and have recommended others to use you guys. THANKS
John from WG Heating and Cooling came out to our home to perform a couple of assessments of the HVAC system as we were losing heat quickly in the upstairs. He removed shoes, was careful not to mark walls, was so pleasant to have in our home, figured out the issues were not HVAC issue but was instead attributable to lack of insulation (our airflow was great).. then, when he left our home, we viewed him on or nest/arlo cameras GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND by brining our garbage cans in! Thanks John! We appreciate you so much! Hope you love on your doggies and catch a good bass on the lakes soon :) EDITED TO ADD: the 2nd time John came out to our house, he recognized and confirmed a gas leak. So thankful for WG- get these pros in your home!
I just wanted to post a word of "thanks" to everyone at WG Heating & Cooling. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with there were extremely helpful and when the technician showed up he was wearing full PP gear and extremely professional! He fixed me up in no time at an extremely reasonable price too. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and hard working company.
I was originally in contact with this company back in March and then again shortly after they opened up again after COVID. I was sent to them from my building company for a repair, which was being paid for by the building company. I was very understand and patient, understanding that we were in the middle of a pandemic and the work that was being done in my house was in my attic and we have a very hot summer. I was told that I would receive a phone call when the weather dropped below 80 degrees and it was safe for the technician to go into my addict. Well, here we are SEVERAL months later, and the weather has been in the 70's for weeks now. Still no phone call. I called them AGAIN to set up an appointment for the repair. At that time, my issue was brushed off as "no big deal". The repair was finally completed 5+ months after I had initially made contact. I WOULD NOT recommend this company. If I wasn't persistent and kept checking in and calling I'm sure the repair would still not be completed.
This business was suppose to call me back to schedule service. I had to keep calling to schedule an appointment. Never called back. Was never scheduled. I waited for over 4 months calling and them supposedly to call me back. Now their phone number does not work!! Do not recommend. Service is terrible. Inconsiderate. ☹️
Just had a technician out to our place to diagnose a malfunctioning system. Turns out it was a faulty component; diagnosed and repaired in 20 minutes! Terrific service, very happy they are our HVAC team to work with at our new home!

I contracted them to replace both my furnace and A/C. The sales person was extremely professional and thorough. I upgraded to a 96% High Efficiency Furnace and a 13 Seer A/C. I am going to save SO much money on my utility bills with this new system! When they were done with the installation it looked like a work of art! Everything was clean, neat and precise. My A/C condenser outside looks like a beautiful addition to my backyard as well. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE and ANYONE that's looking for an HONEST and PROFESSIONAL Heating & Cooling company.
The ONE and ONLY honest HVAC company here in Michigan! They saved me a TON of money and the work was impeccable! The woman that answers the phone is the most professional and kindest I've ever met. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE!
Do not give this place business. Called three weeks ago. After one week of hearing nothing I had to call them, this is when they decided to communicate their backlog. Two more weeks went by and still no visit scheduled. Had to call them back again. The guy who answered the phone was rude! Then they call back next day only to refer us to someone else. SHAME!

WG Heating & Cooling installed AC in my sons new home a few years ago. When my AC died I contacted WG because they had done a great job on my sons install. John arrived on schedule and did another professional install of my AC unit. This is a great company to do business with. Thank WG!
