Apparently they have stopped selling parts to the public, and will only sell jobs now. Kind of a bummer, even at retail prices it was a good resource. Not any more.
During Winter 2019-2020, while my father was deployed overseas, his furnace went out. My brother and I determined what part needed to be replaced. The only company that had the part in stock in the area was AC Engineers. I told (I assume the owner) what was going on and that my dad was on active duty deployment in Afghanistan and he gave me the part at no charge. I just wanted to say thank you again, Air Conditioning Engineers, your kindness and compassion, is still greatly appreciated by my family to this day!
They were taking over by randazzo's and friendly than I expected. They are not as responsive as when it was air conditioning engineers
Daniel came out and installed my furnace, AC and thermostat. They worked all the way up until 5:30p only to find out they brought the wrong thermostat(wouldn't work with the humidifier). I got a nice shiny new furnace and AC but none of it works. Pretty cold weekend at the house. Hopefully this will be fixed fast come Monday....my mom is 60 with arthritis and the rain + cold and no heat is NOT good. UPDATE: So Randazzo's sent out two more techs and a manager(Ron) to over see everything. They were able to fix everything(turns out the wiring was wrong and that's why the furnace wouldn't kick on) and get us together. Really appreciate how responsive they were about coming out and handling our situation. Thank you!
I had a carbon monoxide leak and the Southfield Fire Dept. said the source was my furnace. After calling these guys out, it's possible that the leak couldve came from my car (I crack my garage door as I warm up my car in the morning, so it's possible carbon monoxide couldve got in the house this way). Anyway, these guys charged $147 to check out the problem and didnt even fix anything!! Here's the breakdown: $89.95 for service call $58 for a CO test Oh, and he tried to slide in an extra $50 to fix a leaning vent, which he admitted likely wasn't leaking any carbon monoxide, but would do so as a precaution. A complete ripoff. Do your pocketbook some justice and go some place else.
They replaced our AC & furnace in 2008 do great work - today during a cold snap the heat kept shutting off - called - repair person here in less than 2 hours as promised and thankfully a minor repair. Love these guys.

Our nearly new whole house humidifier was not working properly. Water was not passing through it. Brian checked the system end to end to locate a plugged tube at the device's solenoid. He cleaned the tube and the system started to work correctly. He also showed us how to more easily change the complex air purifier filter. He did it all quickly, accurately. and pleasantly, at all times with respect. Very positive experience as always with Air Conditining Engineers.

$90 diagnosis fee and about five minutes to assess what was needed. $94 to blow out a drain, which they had installed and replumbed previously, that took literally one minute and I assisted. The technician was prompt and completed work quickly. I had used this firm for 20 years and had them install complete A/C, furnace, dehumidifier, and hot water tank. Disappointed to say the least. Update: After the google review the management replied via email and discounted the bill $60 and suggested a maintenance program. After a diagnosis get pricing for further repairs before any work is done. The initial diagnosis fee is separate.

Air Conditioner stopped working on Wednesday, their Technician Brian was able to come out the next day. He was quickly able to troubleshoot the defective part and was able to get the system back up and running in no time. Great company, awesome technician, very knowledgeable - 5 Stars!!

Brian was absolutely fantastic! I'm a single mother and I really appreciated the way he took the time to teach me how to save money with little things I could do. I also liked the way he kept me in the loop of what he was doing to fix everything and why it's important. All-in-all fantastic experience and I would absolutely recommend Brian and the company to anybody!
Great service and reasonably price. Brian was very professional, personable, down to earth and overall I was very pleased with the service provided. Veteran friendly as well. I will definitely call again for any HVAC issues that may arise with my system again and will highly recommend to anyone that may need HVAC repairs.

We hired them to install a new AirCondition unit in our condo about 5 years ago, it already broke twice so far, we called them, back on June and they sent us a technician and he supposedly fixed the problem (they charged us around $180 ) , it broke yesterday again and they sent us their tech again, he said the condenser needs to be changed and they will give us a discount price of $1300 for the material, although the unit is still under warranty but the manager John declined that and claimed it was broken because of lack of maintenance! And we were supposed to hire them for a yearly check up in order to get the warranty honored ! At the end of the conversation he the F word and denied any services for a unit that they installed and checked it up 2 weeks ago!
