First off I wanna say that the work done was done well. But I was definitely ripped off. All I needed was a capacitor replaced (which took like 20 minutes tops) and it cost me 300$. Was later told by a friend who works in the field that it shouldn’t have cost any more than 200$. Also left the box on the grass. Too busy overcharging to even throw away the garbage? Again. The work itself was good, but the overcharging was enough for me to decide to no longer use them in the future.
I've had 2 other separate heating and cooling companies come out to try and fix a smell issue in my house, hundreds of dollars. Within seconds Main knew what the smell was coming from and solved it and charged me $110 dollars. Amazing! I'll be calling them again in the future.

Great experience. I dealt with Stacy, who exceeded my expectations with exceptional personal service. She represents the company well and knows how to treat customers. I would recommend Main and will certainly call on them the next time I have a Heating or Cooling issue.

I bought a Daikin mini-split air conditioner for bed room, Air Conditioner Engineering installed last summer, then found cool air keep going out after the unit reach the setting temperature, made me frozen midnight, Air Conditioner Engineering sent 2 technicians came 3 tomes, didn't know what problem; later called Kotz who sent technician came 3 times still don't know where is the problem... Final I called Main this month, their technician Todd came, confirmed the problem right away :its control board fail ... then get replace parts from Daikin, now fixed and resolved my one year problem. I really appreciate .they are super, reliable company you can trust....
Always considerate and answer all questions clearly. I have been using them for over 10 years. They installed new furnace then A/C system a few years after that and last fall my water heater. Can't say enough good things about them!!!

For a recharge system only rhey charge me 500 dollars. Ten minutes job.they recommended new air condition ...found different dealer he change the coil and work fine and a lot cheaper then new one ...mine was six years old .
High quality products and service. These guys know the wisdom of getting an AC with a scroll compressor. Also, it is not enough to get a good quality AC unit. Equally as important is the quality of the installation. When I was researching getting a central AC unit, I found out that the higher-quality AC manufacturers will not allow shoddy installers to install their units because it reflects poorly on their product. This is because sloppy installation will result in malefunction of the AC unit. At the time that I purchased my unit, there were three AC manufacturers who screened installers for quality and they would only let the best installers carry their products. Main Heating & Cooling was approved to carry & install AC units that many other instsllers are not allowed to carry or install. That's why we chose them, and we were not disappointed.

Had a complete HVAC replacement done by Main Heating & Cooling yesterday. The crew did a great job removing and installing and making sure the job site was cleaned up afterwards. The team was professional and informed throughout the day. Stayed late to show me the system details and walk me through setting up the new thermostat.
My furnace decided to quit on the coldest day of the year, and it was Main Heating & Cooling that was able to come and save the day. They were able to come out in a prompt manner, were very professional, and explained everything thoroughly from start to finish. The entire team was impressive and have been very pleased with my new Lennox! David came by after the installation was completed and provided an onsite tutorial of the system functions and offered a wealth of knowledge on other helpful tips on general heating & cooling. I'm really one to write reviews much, but felt strong about deciding to go with the smaller/local shop rather than the big guys who would've likely taken advantage of the situation.
