The people who answered the phone were so indifferent and rude
AC went out. Atlas showed up, told me a smart valve in the furnace went bad. Said it was an obsolete part and couldn’t get it. Quoted me $4000 for a new furnace, installed. Instead, I got a quote elsewhere for the exact same model furnace for $1,000 but without installation. Called Atlas again to see what they would charge just for an install-I would provide the new furnace. They quoted me $2800!!!!! Just for a 4-5 hour install !! Outrageous. Luckily, I came across another guy recommended to me. He came out, fixed the old furnace Atlas said needed replacing, and was finished in 1 hour. He charged me only $250. Atlas completely misdiagnosed the issue- had nothing to do with the smart valve, which they originally stated was an obsolete part, but actually is easily available on Amazon. So, by doing some homework, I saved myself $3750. Not impressed with Atlas at all. Note: In response to the inaccurate statements made by the owner in his/her response below, I want to state that everything I wrote is 100% true and I fully stand by everything I have stated.
I thought the charge was high.after checking other company's for the same job, their price was much lower...your s $339. other company $160.complete.

Excellent service! Spiros came to my home, diagnosed my trouble and installed a brand new whisper quiet Trane®️ air conditioning system 4 days later! We are very pleased with his work and knowledge of the products he works with also. He recommended our course of action as if it were the same as he'd do for his own home and budget.. His efficiency is remarkable. We will definitely look to Atlas for all of our heating and cooling needs. 6/21/23 Spiros came back to look at my secondary unit in the en suite. This one just needed cleaning and removing obstruction from the drain tube. Excellent work, once again. Thanks for taking care of our cooling needs!

Update: second time calling almost a year later for a separate issue. On time, friendly and super quick. Will always use Atlas! Helped us with an “operator error” as we just moved in and apparently the panel on the thermostat comes off that we were unaware of to turn the ac/heat on/off. They were nice and courteous.
The professionalism is exceptional; the work and customer service cannot be beat! I highly recommend Atlas!

I called in for a new water heater, and three days after they installed it, my house blew up. It was a little annoying to replace everything that I owned, but the explosion was so exciting that I still think this place deserves 5 stars

Spiros and his assistant came out at my request to service my gas fireplace that wouldn’t stay lit. To start with, my appt was between 4 and 5 PM ( not sometime between 8am and 5pm!) That alone is awesome! They went right to work prepared to fix the problem until I asked about installing a remote. He didn’t have time to do it then but put me back on the schedule for two days later. They just left, my house is clean, my hearth is clean! My fireplace works with a touch of a button!!!! (It’s an old fireplace so I think they probably did more than they charged me for! So great value!!!!) Thanks, Spiros!!!
Spiro and his assistant Nate did a great job. My house had no heat and I was able to get an appointment with them the next day! They were very friendly and I am very happy with the job they did!
