Sam came on the same day when i called for service. He’s knowledgeable and explains the steps to check my AC issue. There are couple of weak points and he is able prioritize the most critics fix for my system to save some repair cost. The other contractor came in before him and told my system needs to be replaced due to R22 refrigerant is discontinued. Sam is able to refill it for me. Good experience with Sam, highly recommend!
Very happy with our service with Sam! Our air conditioner was not working properly and he was able to come over right away. Very fast and efficient service and explained in full details what the issue was and explained to us what he needed to do before starting. Definitely recommend!
Immensely grateful for how quickly Sam was able to come out and check on our furnace after we noticed a pretty substantial leak with our humidifier. He not only diagnosed and fixed the main leaking issue, but also corrected a separate issue with the leveling of our furnace that would've caused major problems down the road. It's clear he knows what he's doing and cares about things being done right.
My furnace stopped working on a Sunday evening. I called High Comfort and they were able to come out by 8am the next day! I'm incredibly pleased with their knowledge and responsiveness, especially in these cold Michigan winters. I would definitely be using them again and again. Thank you Sam and team!

I called High Comfort to come out to take a look at some issues I was having with my furnace. Sam was able to come out within a few days and help me out. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and honest. He was really upfront with the root cause of my problem and the prices. I would definitely call these guys out again!
I called High Comfort looking for same day service and Sam was able to quickly come out and diagnose the issue with our air conditioning. Due to the nature of the issue and age of the unit, we decided to replace the unit. Sam came out the next day and installed our new unit. He was professional and meticulous. We appreciate the high quality service and would recommend them to our friends and family.

Sam Shamasee quoted a new furnace on Friday morning via text message and pictures. He came over in the afternoon to physically review replacing my furnace and honored his quote that he submitted earlier in the morning. He and Niles came out the very next morning, on time, and installed the new furnace. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and organized. I would highly recommend hiring Sam for his calm and cool demeanor and High Comfort for their products and services. We're extremely pleased with the new furnace and happy that we have heat!

Sam was great. He was honest with us when quoting, telling us what we needed and didn’t. He even fixed a leak from the old a/c unit. We needed our old furnace and a/c unit replaced. Sam arrived on time and worked all day to complete our job. He and his partner were professional, courteous and reliable. They even cleaned up after themselves, leaving the site spotless. GREAT SERVICE!!!! can't say enough... I called at 3pm on Wednesday because my AC was not working.... Sam was there the next morning... Diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes...needed a new AC Compressor unit and A Coil...he had it installed and fixed it the next day!!! Plus he found another small issue and took care of it... very friendly, professional and knowledgeable!! Competitive prices too... no need to call any one else!! Thanks Sam!
I called quite a few companies for our broken a/c(in 90 degree heat) and Sam was the only one able to come out. I liked that he had incredible reviews and once he was out, I understood why. He was within the time he said he would be, he was quick and efficient and got my a/c back on quickly. I felt the price was very reasonable and I will certainly be calling him again(although I hope not anytime soon!)
When our AC died during a recent heat wave, Sam was the only one I contacted who was able to come out the same day. He suggested a quick fix to get it up and running again, but due to the age of the unit, we decided to go ahead and order a new replacement unit as well. There was never any pressure sales techniques, and Sam even offered to refund the cost of the repairs to keep us going until the new unit arrived. In a world of businesses that are unresponsive, dishonest, and downright incompetent, Sam was a shining example of how to perform top-notch customer service. He kept us updated, was prompt, courteous, helpful and professional throughout and did a great repair and then installation job. I couldn't recommend him enough!
Sam Shamasee was very nice and always hade a smile on his face.i admit im kinda a grumpy person at times, He was very efficent and courteous. Next year when i replace my hole system i will be calling them back.
My AC broke during a heat wave (as they usually do...) and it needed new blower wheel and motor. Another company told me they needed 2-3 days to acquire the parts. I contacted Sam from High Comfort around the end of the day and he got the parts next morning and installed them same day, even though he had a full schedule. Afterwards there was a slight issue with the wiring of the thermostat with the new parts, but Sam was very responsive and came back to fix the issue (took a couple of minutes). I'll definitely be using their services again!
